Agreed but they had finally worked their way back to the bottom of the league, now rondo back and 2 game win streak and they'll be just below 500 the rest of the way unless Danny makes the move.

I think Ainge definitely still has some moves to make, I doubt Bass or Hump last too much longer.

Going to have to echo the sentiment that the Cs might be too good to tank in this conference with Rondo back. Might have to make a move before the break.

If Rondo stays healthy and they get their chemistry quickly Boston really could be out of getting a top 10 pick really easily.

Has there been a team this year that hasn't been declared "too good to tank"? The Celtics just ended a 9 game losing streak and are winning against the worst team in the NBA by six points.

Tanking is when there is an obvious token available. There are just shitty teams with no obvious reward.

They had just gotten into a comfortable losing groove, then beat the division leader with Sullinger playing the game of his life, and were running the Lakers off the court during Rondo's second stint in the game. Playing anywhere near .400 ball = too good to tank in the East.

Nothing solid. You don't tank for good. That could he easily obtained by the concentration camp of first round picks we have set up.
