Yep. What I've always said and why I never complain about college refs. Especially in a year with new rules. They're inconsistent as fuck and will probably always be. Just have to live it.

NCAA should actually try to have competent refs on the court. Would cut into their profits though so can't have that. There is zero accountability for the refs and some of the worst were assigned to the final four/finals because of it.
