Why is UK still playing man?

Cal views zone as an absolute last resort.

Fans complained often about wanting to see zone after watching every small guard go off for season highs vs us, but Cal hates giving up 3 pointers.

Seems to be having some effect though. Scary zoning a team that shoots the three this well, but beats giving up wide open layups.

How did the refs miss the clear foul on the three. And then on the other end to give that TO to UConn. These refs are bad.

Kentucky making this a game.

Edit: Lol I love Ollie's halftime response to Kentucky being called a second half team.

....so that was supposed to be Kentucky ball after the jump ball right?

And amazing we're only down 4 right now. Hoooooly shit

damn, UConn played terribly against that zone, although I'm sure a lot of it was Daniels getting his 2nd foul. I think Daniels is just as important as Napier.

Why is UCONN being called a blue blood?

Also Willie Cauley-Stein. Will make a great Thunder player with that shirt.

If they win tonight, that's 4 titles. That ties them with Duke, only behind IU, UNC, UK and UCLA.

Their credentials are legit, depending on how you define blue blood.
Even if they stole two of Duke's titles, but's that another story for another time

I guess because our school colors are blue and white, but the term didn't exist until the last few days, at least from what I can tell. Makes for a catchy phrase.
Blue blood has existed forever, the fact that you had never heard it proves that UCONN isn't one.

Not a great half, but I'll take it. Just hope we stop with the turnovers asap.

Blue blood is a super old term.

The Harrisons got you guys back in the game dude. And without Aaron Harrison hitting 3 game winners, your team wouldn't have made it past the Sweet 16. I wouldn't call them out.
They got they're ahit together because WCS told them Pollux was calling them out on GAF.

Also Willie Cauley-Stein is destined to be a Thunder player with that shirt.

WCS would be a great fit on the court for the Thunder too.

Imagine the blocks in that frontcourt. Would be by far the most athletic team in the nation as well.

Think he will almost certainly be picked before the thunder's pick though.
