They have a lot of good shooters this year, plus some skilled big men in Kaminsky, Dekker and Hayes instead of the shot blockers/bruisers they are known for.

Yes because a team Michigan beat twice this year would automatically "blow them the fuck out"... Makes sense

And why do people keep bringing up the meaningless BTT Champ game? I'm pretty sure Michigan would make more than 30% of their shots if they played in the NC

At this point I'm pretty sure the only way a B1G team is allowed to win the title is if a B1G team is also the runner up. Doesn't matter if they're the best team in the field or not, the runner up slot is going B1G.

But it might happen this year!

You can't even compared regular season Mich. St. to now. Dawson didn't even play in either of those games.

Really, bruh? They bring it up because Michigan State had Payne, Dawson, and co all back and healthy finally come the B1G tourney.

That was a great game for Wisconsin. Despite the lame Ref calls.

It would be great for the Big 10 if Michigan and Michigan State get Final four also.

For preservation of legacy reasons, I'd prefer Kentucky win it over MSU or Florida. (Don't think they will but I'd prefer it).

UK already has double the number of titles as Duke, what's one more. They're in the same category with UCLA in that they are so far ahead, the specific number doesn't really matter any more. 9 or 8? Same difference.

Meanwhile if Florida gets their third, they're right on our heels. If MSU gets their second, they're just two back.

Another great night of basketball! UK and MSU winning tomorrow complete my perfect final four and 5/8 bracket. UK beating Florida in the championship game (4th times a charm) and me cashing $750 is just a week away. :)

No WCS it looks, stress fracture maybe he comes back next year? Looks like the twins are playing their way out of school with the SEC and NCAA tourneys. If we win a few more games Dakari might even leave: Daniel Orton anyone?

Edit: Oh man how lost does Marcus Lee look out there. Sad you are a Mcdonalds All-American and rarely got a minute all year now your needed and have no game time.

Wouldnt bet on this. Every year all final 4 teams show like shit due to the weird new sightlines of playing in stupidly big, half empty, football stadiums.

My point is Michigan gives up 1.01 points per possession against mostly pretty mediocre offensive teams. They're overachievers and have put together a pretty good run.

Michigan does have probably 3 first round NBA draft picks in the next couple years, 4 if you include McGary. They are extremely young but I wouldn't call them overachievers.

Yeah they have not been good. It was the reason they were gonna get killed in the tourney last year, then in the B1G this year, then have an early exit this year... Michigan may or may not be UK tomorow, but they should still be taken as actual NC contenders

Michigan is very mediocre defensively. Luckily for them, they're also the best offensive team left in the tourney.

Unluckily for them, they're reliant on jump shots, and it's just a matter of time before they go cold for 40 minutes.

but I would kinda like to see Kentucky have to endure one of those barrages tomorrow...

Ah nothing quite like a good ale to help wash out the taste of defeat.

I am not really upset Dayton lost tonight. I'd say losing to the best team in the country isn't so bad, especially since we were able to keep up with them at least a little bit.

Ah well. I'm very happy we made it to the Elite 8, and I guess I can't really ask for much more.

GG Florida. No Re.
