Also if your stick breaks you can't throw it into the crowd, it looked like Toews was just casually trying to throw it away, but this little mistake was a 10 minute misconduct penalty

Also earlier in the year, Marchand got a weird penalty around 14 mins in of the third period against the Ducks (01/07/2014) where he skated backwards into a stick that another player was trying to pick up, which was called as interference (couldn't find on YouTube)
