2015 Console Screenshot Thread (PS4, XB1, Wii U) [READ OP!]

Killzone Shadowfall it's still one of the best looking games currently on the market, IMO. I find it really strange that people don't talk more about it in threads about best graphics and such.

I agree. It looks marvelous and is a technical beast... But its not a new game, so its easily forgotten.

Games this gen are really bridging the gap between pre-rendered bullshots and in-game.
I'm starting to lose track of which shots I have and haven't posted... I think Ill just wipe all my shots off my PS4/PC and take new ones... Been wanting a reason to replay this.

If it weren't for The Order, Killzone would still be the best looking PS4 game to me. Goddayum.

Whilst it's definitely up there along with Ryse and InFamous Second Son, imo graphically DriveClub is the next best thing after The Order 1886. It's the only other game that can consistently look CGI or even semi photo realistic, depending of course on the track and conditions etc. There's been certain tracks in certain weather in that game, where I legitimately felt it looked close to photo realistic depending on viewing distance from my set. The Order 1886 looks very CGI esque, but I'm not sure it really looks that photo realistic, in the sense that it still has quite a stylised colour palette and look.

I had totally forgotten about Driveclub...alright, after that and The Order :P

I tried to upload it to abload but it's a 23mb jpeg so it failed lol. That link will allow you to view it in 3D though! Let me know if it works!

(It's technically 44 photos stitched together so...)
Wow, that's pretty cool.

On another note, I'm pretty shocked with how great Sunset Overdrive looks in this thread. I mean, I know it looked really good when in motion when I was playing it but with the gameplay I never really stopped to smell the roses so to speak, and apparently if you stop and look at stuff the stuff is gorgeous.

Certain scenes in The Order when the characters aren't on screen can look pretty lifelike. It's the same problem Kojima talked about regarding the Fox Engine. Everything is perfect until the character walks on screen and kills the illusion.

Those Sunset photos are great Rocketz. Keep em coming.

I'm gonna try and get some of my character during the cutscenes. When the picture deal drops for regular members.

Anyone have .pngs of the inside of the burning mountain temple in Tomb Raider: DE PS4?

Infamous Second Son

Heres few. Feels like I'm spending more time with photo modes than playing the games. Too bad that TLoU doesn't have any kind of spectacular lighting engine within.

I'm really enjoying it. The framerate can be rough in larger battles, but I'm hoping that improves as the beta progresses.

Ah, that's ok, the games performance has always been temperamental. I cant wait to get my hands on it when it does come out.

Games like The Order 1886, Driveclub etc. come really really close to being the most realistic.
But I still believe that the best looking games this gen can be created with cel-shading or some more unrealistic artstyles like (Sunset Overdrive, that game looks really nice). Now imagine an artstyle like SO with an engine as capable as RAD's engine. That's where true graphical master pieces might be born imo.

Man watching these screens from Sunset Overdrive... it really did grew on me. These screens are awesome, I don't remember being that amazed about the ones from various previews tho.

You really should play it! Colourful game with tons of fun, so different from the stanard triple A titles of today.
