Scissoring someone's legs is a bit different than accusing someone of trying dive into ankles and knees. I agree with Chuck on this one, he is an irritant and just hustles. Even before the Gibson play, Delly got into it with several Chicago players because he's just a guy that is always in your face putting a body on you.
