Even if they call a timeout under 4 minutes, the game will resume after commercials until the next stoppage of play, in which case they will go to the under 4 media TO. Or at least it seems that is how it works.

Agree wholeheartedly. WCS on the other hand is one of the most overrated players we have ever had. Aside from his defense and athleticism, the dude is just so inconsistent and has no offense.

I don't think too many expect much outside of the things you mentioned. He'll either continue to develop offensively or live off of cleaning up garbage and dunks like certain other players.
