What kind of game/genre is Old City: Leviathan? looks very interesting to me.

Is a "walking simulator" (don´t like that denomination very much) is similar to dear Esther, but this one is an exploration of the nature of reality, you can expend and hour and half reading the diary of one of the characters in fact you have to do it if you want to understand what´s going on better, is pretty short around 3-4 hours including the reading.

How are you hiding the HUD or are you just cropping the downsampled image? I'm running with a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor (2560x1080) and the HUD is a complete disaster. Each HUD element is misaligned and/or stretched.

I also tried your ambient occlusion flag and it works great without any of the issues I experienced using other methods. I'll have to add a post over on the HBAO+ Compatibility Flags Thread at Guru3D.com.

Google for FreeCamera mod for SW:B2. It automatically hide HUD when you go to FreeCam mode. But unfortunately I'm not able to move with camera on Y-axis (up and down).

I really want try Unity, but at this point just for good screenshots, dunno if runs well now.

AC:U is only for screen-shots I guess. I tried play it few days after release and gosh... So bad script, terrible optimization and incredible boring gameplay (as probably most of AC games).

In as much of a constructive way as I hope it can sound, I think you should try to branch out of your preset. Regrading games is nifty, but I'd like to see something other than the desaturated/teal/maroon processing.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I'm trying something different with AC3, tweaking it as I go along, but I like the way COD Ghost's look.

:lol

*bites tongue*

Pleeease..grow up mate. Do you have anything to contribute apart from your history of sarcastic comments? Back to your cave..

Unity looks soooo good. I dislike AC and how Ubisofts treat the franchise but I'll have to get it during some big sale down the line just for wandering around. I hope the next entry will look just as good, the setting certainly is interesting.
Great shots all around guys, always a pleasure to check in here.

But oh man do the people of Ubisoft make it hard to continue with this game... killing off the one likable character, tedious 'follow this moron into a sea of enemies who will see you no matter what'-missions...

Awesome.

Yep, that. It has a deep and absorbing atmosphere and the content you find along the way is fascinating. Very expressive, emotional game, thought-provoking and explorative. I certainly would recommend it.

Ass Creed Unity still runs like crap for me. Seems to be the crowd that drags the performance down and it's never utilising the CPU as well as other titles known for good CPU utilisation like say, Crysis 3. When I turn the camera away from a densely populated area, the framerate jumps up. I think they were a bit ambitious with the population aspect of the game and they should have included a slider to scale it. There's barely even any graphics options in the game. It's seriously like they really didn't give a shit about the PC performance.
Maybe it's something DX12 will improve for future games.

Playing GTA too much? There's a considerable set of graphics options in Unity.

Shadows, AO, AA, texture quality and environment detail. That's pretty basic, especially for a game that's as demanding on hardware as it is.
I don't think a population density slider is an unreasonable addition, especially considering it appears to be one of the most important aspects of the game's use of hardware resources.
I certainly wouldn't describe AC Unity's graphics options as 'considerable'.

On a side note, they still haven't even patched in tesselation. I guess maybe it's off the cards completely now.

Thank you :)

This shot is great, the game you describe sounds interesting indeed. The reviews paint a different picture however, but I guess this is due to the fact it's not a game that fits in a category at all, so people will be very divided what to think about it.

Thank you :)

I really liked it, but is a game wich prime interest is epistemology, there´s various points of view, and the "story" of the game is in the diary wich you have to read to understand what happened to the characters in it, you can get a lot about the game world reading things in the world and from the voice over, but if you are not interested in those kind of things it can be off putting that´s for sure, is not your tipical game is a "walking simulator", the art is pretty good, there´s some really interesting dreamy stuff and it´s supossed to be the first chapter in a series exploring the world.
I´m a sucker for this kind of games, but you should know what you are getting into.

Ah! and thank you everybody for the incredible work you are putting out there, i´m learning a lot
