Different monitors.
The monitor that looks a bit washed out is the Dell U415W.
The one that looks a bit more saturated\contrasty is the QNIX QX2710.
And thanks. I completely forget how to make DoF work right in this game (ReShade 1.1)... so not using it right now.
I hate calibrating monitors. I have 2 IPS monitors side by side....
On 1, these look a bit washed out and desaturated. On the other, they look contrasty and colorful.

So frustrating - these are the exact kind of shots that make me want to play The Witcher 3 and explore the world, but the game itself just completely turns me off.
Anyway, If it matters Jim, both shots look quite saturated on my relatively well calibrated monitor.
Nice shots wanny1. Is there a way to remove the hud in the current updated steam version of Dying Light?
Dirt Rally 4k.

Only with using the manager. Haven't found a way to do it in-game. Using Jim's CT table but the HUD toggle doesn't work anymore.

I was able to make a HUD toggle in the Steam demo with 3Dmigoto, it might work with the full version too. Please try it and report back

(Press caps lock to toggle the HUD, you can also toggle the chromatic abberation/post processing with H)
Chromatic abberation AND post processing? I'd prefer to remove the former and keep the latter.
If you have salvage corvettes, you can use them to disable ships or even have enemies target the salvage corvettes. That might take out some of the firepower. And if you have support frigates set them to repair your mothership as much as possible.
Also, if you had captured a lot of the ion frigates in Bridge of Sighs that mission should be easy. There's a really easy cheese tactic for that. Maybe you just need a bigger fleet?
Thanks for the tips, I managed to overcome the attack and finished the game. I needed to be more aggressive towards the front attack and use more fighters/bombers on the frigattes. Also capturing the heavy cruisers instead of trying to destroy them all helped. Fantastic game!

Congrats! Now you need to head on over to Homeworld 2 but it's also quite a different game. If you don't mind the classic games, then check out Homeworld Cataclysm which was sort of an expansion developed by Barking Dog Studios in the wake of Relic's HW1.
All three Homeworld games are very different but also really great in their own way, so you have a bright future ahead of you :P
What mod did you use to remove the CA?
It's gotta be done on a per-version basis.
It's pretty easy in cheat engine. 4-byte. Open the main menu, scan for 0. Close the menu, scan for 1. Rinse, repeat, find the address you need. Then pointer scanner to get a stable pointer.
It's a little tine consuming and breaks on each patch. So.... really not worth the effort to keep updating it when I don't play it anymore![]()
