2021 should be an exciting year for Quantic Dream

The only creative whose work I dislike more is Gus Van Sant. Their work is like sitting down to shit but just barely farting.

I hope this is the title where they push the envelope for choose your own adventure + multiplayer.

I know that David Cage talked about having big visions for shared stories, maybe this is it. I mean Supermassive already released 2 "smaller" titles with multiplayer (couch-mp passing along the controller and a shared story 2 player online co-op mode).

I'm looking forward to it but I'd be surprise if whatever they're doing next will be the calibre their games with Sony were

Such a shame that more people can now enjoy their games. SHAME.
Let's say I am one of those guys who like exclusives on consoles and PC ? Otherwise they lose its unique value ?

I don't think a 400$ console will kill your budget in the span of 5 years of it's life to enjoy it's exclusives.

if all games available on all platforms that kills the purpose of having a platform in the first place.

You are entitled to you own opinion. Even a shitty one. :messenger_grinning_sweat:

Detroit was a big let down for me. Instead of exploring the idea of AI and them coming to terms with their existence you just play some generic resistance movement. the fact that they are androids is meaningless. such a s wasted opportunity.

One of my favorite developers. LETS GO!
Heavy Rain is on my Mt Rushmore of Gaming along with Detroit
Heavy Rain : They never did explained the blackouts did they ?

Yeah as years gone by I want to play games with less twitchy action. PS5 QD game would be crazy in graphics.

I think they should forget the multiplatform stuff they mentioned and should be acquired by Sony this year, at the same time they announce their next game.

But even if it's the case or not, I look forward to their next game. If they don't release it on 2021, I'm pretty sure they will at least announce it. It's going to be a great 'E3'.

Personally not a fan of their games. But Detroit was by far their best game yet so hopefully they continue to improve over time.

I hope they partner up with a publisher that gives them a similar budget than Sony did. Visuals and presentation are a big part of their games and it would be a shame to see those suffer.
Supermassive Games sort of suffered from that, Until Dawn was great but the "Dark Pictures" games so far have been pretty meh.

No. Thinking like this just makes you a whiner. A PS5 costs 500 bucks and 100 million will sell regardless of whether or not some or all games show up on PC. If they show up on PC that has no impact at all on the PS5 owners unless they have some petty jealous personality disorder that leads to pathetic crying. Waaaah It ruins my experience that someone can play this formerly exclusive game on a PC, waaaah, my console owning experience is ruined.

I don't whine . If you check my post history I have a 3090 and I am loving it. It's just I like to have a purpose of owning each platform. If all Sony and MS games are on pc ( which is the case for MS) then what is the point of owning a console ? To pay 60$ a year to play online ?
The only people that will bitch about this are either PC gamers only or the people that want to see Sony fanboys melt down really.

why People don't wish for Nintendo games on their platform ? Why Nintendo is selling so good anyway ? Good system with good exclusives . Period

Exclusives are what makes a system Unique and different, if you brain can't accept that then you actually have a problem.

Why? More people can enjoy their games now
The main problem is that Sony pumps a ton of money into their games. You see it a lot when devs move multiplatform. Like that dev who made Heavenly Sword on PS3 and then made something worse (forgot who they were), Evolution after DriveClub, Supermassive after Until Dawn, even Insomniac when they did that stint with EA suffered greatly.

The are releasing a Simulation game where you transition Ellen Page into Elliot Page but everyone are robots in a medieval setting.
