how did you fix the sky flash?
this game has a bug, that neither Nvidia nor Ubisoft want to fix. putting shadows on ultra seems to make the sky flash

Yup the game flashed like hell on my 4070. However, there is an easy fix which involves making a custom Nvidia Profile Inspector profile. Details in the below link in the "issues fixed" section.
