Not in story mode other than during one story mission, I don't use mods so I wouldn't know. There probably is some mod out there that allows that.

You should use the Rampage mod.:

I recommend to use it only after finishing the game but it's an awesome mod that allow you to take amazing shots. You can use it to have a freecam, set a custom time of day with different weather or teleport to Guarma etc... It's not hard to install and you can follow a guide if you want: example here on Youtube. Also 3liteDragon remember to post max 3 screenshots per post ^^

Anyway I love RDR II so much.

Look closer, it's not. If that was the case it will be on every shots but it's just on those two.

Explication is it was just raining earlier (+ compression).

wow how far we've come! This finally runs kinda ok on an emulator!
I've tried it recently with rpcs3 and it was very stuttery but at least not overbright.
Xenia is better? I've not tried xenia in a year or so

On my R5 5600 3060 Xenia works much better then RPCS3.
