Heh, that recap almost makes S6 look as good as the other seasons, they left out a lot of the pointless filler. I watched some episodes recently and I had completely forgotten about Morris' alcoholism.

The most amazing thing about his alcoholic status is that it appears and then disappears again to never again be mentioned all in one four-five hour period. It's nuts.

Started watching those videos! Forgot how terrible season 2 was, and how mindblowing the twist at the beginning of season 3 was (that the whole thing was a sting operation)

Also, the season 5 recap seems really incomplete....isn't it? Like, didn't a lot more happen that's important?

I remember hearing an interview with Carlo Rota, he wasn't best pleased about suddenly finding out his character is an alcoholic when reading the script for the week. But such is life on 24.

I remember Graem because he was the random Bluetooth guy who conpsired with Logan from the year before but I had forgotten the Grandpa/Grandson drama completely

I too forgot the alcoholism angle... Remember Jack's heroin addiction? That one was fun too.

Oh man, I melted down (as much as I can melt down) in the thread over that stupid mole. Was so happy when they revealed the batcave! And yeah, the S5 recap is pretty bad, leaves out a lot of the greatness.
Wow I forgot all about Jack's Dad and Nephew, that season was bad even in the recap.

Hell yeah, we called him Bluetooth Bauer for years!

I was disappointed when an enigmatic guy like Graem who piqued my interest in Season 5, turned out to be Jack's brother. And then the whole family stuff. Killed the mystery for me.

I will say this, #24LAD is as good as I hoped it would be.

In short: awesome.

@TorreyHam
Happy/relieved to report that #24′s return is a triumphant one! The first 2 hrs feel familiar yet fresh and I was loving every damn minute.

I'm so fucking jealous of all these people

obviously it's going to be awesome. It's the jack bauer power hour. On a slightly different topic I still to this day think that making the fucking President of the USA the bad guy in Season 5 was the ballsiest move ever

also, I'm eager to hear Sean Callery's music on this. Hearing an updated version of the 24 theme will be nice.

Just finished the second series of 24. Man those last 5 or so episodes really made up for the fucking shit you have to put through with Kim's storyline.

I forgot how intense the torture of Jack Bauer was.

Now on to season 3. The one with that fucking annoying mother to "Belharoos" and Jack's herorin addiction that he kicks in less than a day.

I love Pokken!
Prequel to 24 LAD in comic book form was just announced, 24: Underground.

Jack Bauer lives again! Before the Emmy Award-winning drama returns to your television with LIVE ANOTHER DAY, find out what the heroic agent has been up to in the several years following the events of the final season. Re-starting the clock on the high-octane saga are writing sensation Ed Brisson (Secret Avengers) and Eisner Award nominee Michael Gaydos (Alias)

Wait so they are still retaining the real time format? I thought that each episode would cover 2 hours.

Every episode is real-time, but hours will be skipped. It avoids situations like... Jack goes to Mexico, and they have to find something else to focus on while he's in the air, etc. Jack can get on a plane at the end of 10am-11am and then the show can pick back up at 2pm if it needs to.

Yeah, I miss see him in the big screen, his iconic voice draw me to my childhood nostalgia seeing the Three Musketeers

Dude does god-tier voice acting in videogames though not nearly enough for my liking.

His stuff in Darksiders II takes the entire game to a higher level, really good.
