What the hell is this heretic prophet nonsense ? Galactipol ? Intergalactic without any spaceship battles ? All this sounds like a bunch of fancy words written by someone who wants that made up world in order to make his woke agenda more cool and attractive.

The whole thing is super generic. I am not in the slightest interested by this. I mean Killzone lore is 10 times more interesting than this.

I agree, and this is purely guessing but I would imagine by uncharted they mean the sense of setpiece and exploration. There might just be hand crafted points of interest scattered on the open map where you explore them as if it's an uncharted chapter/level.

I always enjoy these kind of leaks.

While you need a factory-worth of Salt for these, 4Chan also leaked TLOU 2, which when the game released, it nailed it (except Abby sex, they thought she was Trans).

If true hopefully it's like Uncharted 1-3 where it's focused on the action with cool setpiece moments and not Uncharted 4 where there is way less combat because we need boring story sequence after boring story sequence, walking and talking, solving crates "puzzles" and only one truly good setpiece moment.

The reason for the shaved head is because that's what the designers wanted the character to look like. The hiding her identity bit, is what helps inform that design choice. Obviously, the character hiding their identity could have been done differently, but this is what the devs settled on. And that's fine. Seriously, are we all going to start calling out design decisions that don't seem realistic enough in a stylized future setting..? Let's be honest. A lot of people are just threatened or made uncomfortable by female characters that don't conform to strict gender norms and/or have expectations of female characters having highly feminized traits.

Some of the best games are known for their horrible stories. In fact, a lot of the best stories (in general) come from basically boring setups. The devil's in the details. It's not "what" is told that makes a story great. It's "how" it's told.

I don’t know, man. Feels like some bad teenage Metal Gear Solid fanfic married to an Uncharted clone in a filler episode of Star Trek. I need to see some gameplay to know if it’s worth my money—if that’s the story, I’m not convinced.

Wanted women don't shave their hair lol. A woman with a shaved head stands out like a sore thumb and is far more likely to draw attention and get recognised.

Not to mention even current facial recognition technologies, let alone more advanced futuristic ones, don't give a damn about your hair.

Getting boob implants and plastic surgeries to look like a sex doll would be far more believable and as a bonus would provide some needed fan service. :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Shaving your head to hide your identity makes no sense when you already sported short hair, per the in-game photo of the crew, and are still wearing the same jacket as in the photo.

It also doesn’t explain why the rest of the crew get killed off. Additionally, isn’t the ship a little small for the 3 members of your 5 man crew to sit around in? It’s doable but there’s not a lot they’d be doing.

But this is assuming that shaving her head is literally the only thing she is doing to mitigate detection. If one is attempting to reduce the chance of someone immediately recognizing them, altering ones asthetic is quick and easy. It can buy an extra moment, when an extra moment in time, can be the difference between being caught or escaping. There also is no reason to assume that this is the only measure she has taken.

In saying that, it is very likely that this leak is fake fanfic. I just don't agree with the way you came to that conclusion.
