Have they always had best actress as the last award before best drama? Thought it's usually best actor
It changes each year

Its good for Network Television, thats about it.
Neither did The Americans, Leftovers, 13 Reasons Why, Orange is the New Black (Season 4). They chose fan favorites Stranger Things, This Is US.
Moss is a scientologist? NOOOOOOOOOOO
Came for the milkshake duck reactions, am not disappointed 😂
Shes immensely talented, such a shame its wasted on a brainwashed shell.
Oh my god, I just got it. "You don't own me" for when Handmaid's Tale wins.

Well it is a show that puts you to sleep to be fair.
Poor Westworld didn't get anything (that I remember heh)
HBO put all their eggs in the Westworld basket.guys remember the Leftovers? that was a good show

Reminder that Michael McKean wasn't nominated for an Emmy.
That show is fucking great and should have gotten several nominations.
Thandie Newton is the only nod I wanted it to win.
Reminder that Michael McKean wasn't nominated for an Emmy.
Well 5 days from now she will be.
I have BCS second to Handmaids Tale, its really that good. That was the only show I didn't watch of the best drama nominees(no Hulu and I haven't ever been able to justify it). I thought BCS should have won.
Sterling K. Brown definitely deserved his win, he was amazing as Randall.
LolIt was alright.
13 Reasons Why is more fresh than This Is Us.
That show is fucking great and should have gotten several nominations.

Also can almost guarantee GoT s7 wins next year even though it wasn't very good.
I don't know why, Evan Rachel Wood is the only thing about Westworld I'd say is award worthy, whatever that means. Actually, it deserves costuming, set design, etc. Stuff like that. But the rest...nah.
Actually, I see why. It's a popular genre hit for them. They probably thought it would be a nice little Game of Thrones fill in.

I wish someone would ask Elizabeth Moss if working on a show about a dangerous, abusive religious cult gave her any perspective in her involvement with scientology. Like, what the hell is wrong with you. Right now I'm disappointingly imagining her to be an airhead.
Moss, who is normally relatively restrained when talking about her faith, responded to a comment on the subject left on one of her Instagram posts yesterday.
Instagram user moelybank wrote, Love this adaptation so much. Question though, does it make you think twice about Scientology? Both Gilead and Scientology both believe that all outside sources (aka news) are wrong or evil its just very interesting.
Moss responded, Thats actually not true at all about Scientology. She added, Religious freedom and tolerance and understanding the truth and equal rights for every race, religion and creed are extremely important to me. The most important things to me probably. And so Gilead and THT hit me on a very personal level. Thanks for the interesting question!

It's even taking over GoT's time slot in the Spring. It got a lot of hype when it was airing. I personally thought it was meh.I don't know why, Evan Rachel Wood is the only thing about Westworld I'd say is award worthy, whatever that means. Hulu 1
Amazon 0
If s5 won, I have little doubt s7 wins. This doesn't seem to be an opinion held by the majority of critics or viewers.

Doesn't Amazon have a ton of Emmys for Transparent?

The same things were said about s5 as s7, it still won.Er, okay?
Shit you are right, but I still think Amazon wants way more, they want to be on HBO's level.Doesn't Amazon have a ton of Emmys for Transparent?

its like $8. Subscribe for a month and watch it lol. It's even taking over GoT's time slot in the Spring. It got a lot of hype when it was airing. I personally thought it was meh.
How much does Hulu cost again? Lol. I already spend like $120(tbf it includes internet on cable+HBO+Netflix)
Comedy is hard to pick a decent choice so it will always will be difficult.Overall I think this Emmys was decent, the only thing that bothered me was Veep winning when they shouldn't have.
lol both threads were brutal on it.I've heard nothing but good things about GoT this season other than like 1 episode. Did people here not like it?
