Gonna have to look them through, the jaywalking thing have always perplexed me when I hear about it.

you not tipping isn't going to change the horrible system, it just means someone is going to get underpaid on an already shitty wagePartly why I stopped tipping.
Good service should be part of your job description, I shouldn't have to tip so you can do your job properly.
It's also not my responsibility to subsidize your pay; don't like it, take it up with your boss.

The end with the whole "mutts are always happier & better" resolution isn't necessarily true. Sometimes some mutts might inherit the shit from both sides. Though in the long game humankind should stop being horrible dimwits in regards to dogs and stop this whole breeding idiocy. His purebred dog video is good, too.
The Bizarre Truth About Purebred Dogs (and Why Mutts Are Better)
Yes, they can have similar issues, like flat-faced cats having difficulties breathing.Does the purebred thing apply to cats as well?
Oh, I see. I certainly see the purebred issue brought up far more about dogs than cats.Yes, they can have similar issues, like flat-faced cats having difficulties breathing.
My first instinct is to say "no way" about such studies, and who knows, maybe that specific study is flawed, but it's a well accepted fact that our expectation can change the way we experience things.I heard about these tests and it really confused me. I've worked at wineries. I never drank wine prior to working there but now it's all I drink. That somebody couldn't tell the difference between a white and red wine is....very weird. I suppose they could have been led to believe the red wine was very aged and had lost a lot of the strong taste characteristics it would have had as a young wine. But white and red wines smell completely different.
As for not being able to tell the difference between a "high quality" and "low quality" wine, yes it is subjective to an extent....but then there's people like this....
