Yes, a lot of nudes associated with that "leak" were fake. It's even more obvious because of her face suspiciously being absent from any of them.
Well, in the 3 images...the first is frontal and lacks her hair covering it, the second shows her adjusting her hair to show the back, and the last one does show how it looks with he hair covering it. So 1/3 of those "shots" falls into your narrative.

What is kind of creepy about that scene though, is that it's a flashback, so even though she's meant to be like sixteen in the show, she should be about thirteen in that GIF.
