Cautiously hyped but isn’t that dev team dead?
Hyneas bombing so badly that they are forced to fix Warhammer 3 with consistent patches and make an Alien Isolation sequel. We are living in the best timeline.
Yeah a remaster on modern consoles with everything at ultra and 4k/60fps and a PSVR2 version is all I'm asking. In the meantime a patch/re-release for the first game on PS5 would be cool, give me that 4K 60fps.
Hey, it could have been worse... they could have launched and then shut down 12 days later.I still can't believe they told these devs to make a GaaS looter shooter instead of an Alien Isolation sequel, only for them to pull the plug on the whole thing before it was even out the door.
A literal decade wasted.
...the game director's name is Alistair Hope.Fake, singed by AI at the end. Seems to be some sort of "Hope" language model they've used.
Come on dawg.I would rather just take a remaster of the game instead. Even though the game had issues I just don't see how a sequel of it can be just as good as the original.
This probably puts me in the minority, and I say this as someone who absolutely loves Alien Isolation, but I’m really not bothered about a sequel. The first one did everything I wanted to, and did it brilliantly. Sure, I will almost certainly buy the follow-up when it comes out, but it doesn’t strike me as a game that really needs a sequel.
For real. Its like when Valve announced a new half-life episode only to find out it was vr only. . And I have the headset, I just can't play for more than 15 minutes without motion sickness and uncomfortableness. VR is dead to me until it's easier for people with glasses and lighter. As long as it isn't VR only.
