I snagged the LOTR extended edition bluray box set and Shadow of Morder for PS4. It was $54. Not bad.

But it's not the same SKU. The same SKU that was 499 last year is only 429 this year.

Damn, get the $329 PS4 w/ free shipping/no tax on ebay yesterday, $19.99 for Last of Us ($350), and then a second game of your choice - one of the Black Friday deal things - and you're getting it cheaper than the bundle AND you get to choose your second game. Not bad

Love the technicality.
We all know why they unbundled the Kinect. It was to hit the $399 price point, and as many people didn't even want it in the first place, for all those people, yes, it's been a $170 price drop as there simply wasn't a Kinect-less option available at launch.

I paid $499 for my Xbox One at launch and enjoy it. Despite that, I agree with how you view it. The 'new SKU' argument to me is meaningless. The fact you can now buy an Xbox One for $170 less than what they were asking last year is what I take notice of.

I loved them both, both Redux has two games, so its definitely a better value.
For me it goes Last Light > Wolfenstein > 2033
They actually do have a few deals on the eShop, but not on Hyrule Warriors and nothing too big discount-wise.
I said "the standard SKU". What I meant was the one they are advertising as the baseline.
Last year it was $499 with kinect.
This year it's $329 without kinect.
The point is, the cheapest you could get an Xbone last year was $500. The cheapest you can get one this year is $330.

EDIT: Redeeming through the PS4 it states the code has already been used. Trying through the PC web store it states it is an incorrect code.
EDIT2: I talked to a customer representative through online chat and he resolved it. They sent me another code and it works! Downloading now.

I got in on the Sennheiser 598 headphones for $100 on Amazon. But someone mentioned the M Voda LP2s in this thread, and that they're $100 on the MS store.
I really love bass in my hiphop, and electronic music, but I also think I'd appreciate the stated benefits of the 598s with just about every other genre of music. I think I'd appreciate the 'fun' aspect of listening to headphones with strong bass of the LP2s, but I'd be kicking myself for not getting the high-performing 598s.
I know this is a long shot in a Amazon deals thread, but if anyone can set me straight on this concern I'd really appreciate it. Help!

The bass on the LP2 bleeds into the midrange turning the sound to mud. There's nothing "fun" about that.
Stick with the Senns. They may not boom, but the low end is by no means lacking.

Have you considered the Microsoft store bundle? It's a refurb, but you can sell the extraneous stuff (download codes, Kinect) and pick a game of your choice. It would come out to be much cheaper than the AC bundle in the end and you get exactly what you want.
Was able to add another $20 off for $110, grabbed one myself

Super bass headphones and from other reviews is an improvement over the LP1s as it is not as "muddy". I took the risk. Figure I can get back close to what I paid if not happy.
