Hi everyone. I would like to thank everyone that has entered the contest. I also want to express my extreme gratitude for the winner's or anyone that makes a donation for Arthritis. This really shows what a great community this is.
This is personal because this disease has taken everything from me. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. I used to be 6ft and I'm now 4ft 5inches. My neck has bent so far forward that I am classified as legally blind when walking. I'm up to 18 hours a day in bed now. All of this because of one word. Arthritis.
Thank you again for taking the time to enter the contest. A very big thank you to Jason for doing all the heavy lifting. He did a great job and I will always be thankful for his help.

You have to create a separate Amazon Japan account, but you can use the same email address and password as your regular Amazon account.

They don't ship amiibo and video games to the U.S. I believe, but you can use a forwarding company like Tenso (which is what I used). I signed up for a trial of Prime on the Japanese site so I got free release day shipping. My total for the 3 amiibo on Amazon JP was $29, but Tenso is going to charge me roughly $13-$17 on top of that for EMS shipping which takes 2-4 days.

I guess on some level, I'm using this (my hobby), as a way to cope with my cancer remission/PTSD. So I guess I put a bit more on it than others. Like, it makes me really happy and takes my mind off things. So I'm going to be a lot more...into it I guess. Hopefully that kind of energy isn't a bother to anyone on here. It's pretty safe to assume these figures will be delayed to the following dates for (maybe even for all retailers):

I'm basing this on Walmart's emails and how both Japan and EU have delays for Sonic-Shulk (the bottom 5 listed here) in the later days in Feb. Also, people having their hands on Bowser-Ike (the top four) + Rosalina + Lucario tells me that these six figures are probably going to be released on Feb 1st or 6th (or scattered dates just like good old Wave 2).

Let's not kid ourselves though, Wave 3 will probably not be released only on Feb 1st. It's not going to be only Feb 1st, 6th, and the 20th. It WILL be crazy just like Wave 2. Sorry for the bad news but you better be ready for the Amiibo Hunt part 3!!!!

Yeah, that's what made me want WFT & Marth (though now Codename STEAM is a bigger reason) after they became rare. I feel like eventually, we should get it if we got both Pirate Warriors games, Romance Dawn, & Unlimited World Red. It's just a matter of waiting.

I would love to see more 3rd party games let me dress up their characters as Nintendo ones. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition had those costumes as well, though those were in-game. Seems Namco is the only 3rd party to embrace amiibo at the moment.

Yeah, I tried doing that, but because of the poor quality of the picture and size, transparent background is too hard. It ends up cutting into the character. I tried making an all black version but even that isn't turning out 100%:
