Blame Nintendo and target. There should have been a limit on preorders in place. Who cares if he buys 100, that would be a drop in the bucket and waste of money if Nintendo made these right.

My eBay Toysrus order for Captain Falcon has apparently been cancelled. They originally gave me the run around and said it wouldn't ship until 2/1 because it was backordered and now it's finally been cancelled.
Besides the Samus that I've got, this and Toon Link were really the only ones I was interested in owning, mostly because I like the look of the figures and am a fan of the characters.
Oh well, amiibros, I tried my best.

So did the trinity sold out in EU and gets restocked or they never sold out in the first place? Because if its the former, why isn't US seeing these restocks? 
I don't know how some of yall got the BB Gamer Club thingy to work with amiibos. Everyone in store keeps telling me it's only for videogames.

Isn't there talk about TRU's having Pit and Falcon on the 15 of this month? You should try going early on TRU in-store to see if they have it.

If GameStop doesn't have them on their website anymore, will in-store be taking any pre-orders for them? Of course I had planned on going tomorrow and pre-ordering all of wave 3 and thought it'd be fine with them all showing on the website.
Meanwhile at Nintendo: "Wow, people seem to be ordering Rosalina like crazy. She must be really popular. Let's bump up the amiibo production and put her in even MORE games."

I did manage to get one actually! At the target right next to the Mall, I got one just as the new shipment was coming in, they had 4 at the time, this was before christmas, I have been there again, and they only have Luigi/Zelda from wave (as of wednesday)
The TRU next to the mall is usually always stocked, so I'd check there on the 15 if TRU is really releasing those two that date.

Little Mac, Villager, Marth, Wii Fit trainer and Fox come in on my Birthday next week. Pit and Captain Falcon should be here tomorrow. But technically I've completed Wave 1 and 2. Just waiting for them to ship and be on my shelf.

Thanks so much for the tip. I've reserved a Marth and picking him up after work tomorrow. My local TRU is walking distance which isn't good when you have the urge for mooooreeee pieces of overpriced plastic.
I wasn't planning on getting Marth but since he's rare and around RRP I may as well bite. I saw some Marths in GAME Manchester recently but didn't bother because they hike the prices up and because his model looks fucking ugly.
If I don't like him then in future hopefully I can find some kid who'll trade with this overenthused over Nintendo figures-20 something for something better. I really want Villager now too but there's none in stock near me.
I've only got Toon Link preordered but considering cancelling it and going into the store on release day instead to get a proper inspection on. It's only after a couple of days that stock dwindles and stuff disappears.

Just tell them to scan the card. It'll automatically discount. Employees might not know about it. That doesn't mean it doesn't work.

Can someone clarify what the deal is with Captain Falcon? Is he out? Was street date broken? He's the only one I'm missing and can't find him anywhere. I've seen people posting him on sites for a while now but I have also heard he's technically not out yet.

So what's the gist of the Little Mac situation stateside? I'm a Punch-Out fan, and (aside from Luigi, which I can snag any ol' time) that's the only Wave 2 amiibo I'm interested in.

Nope, and while anecdotal, Pit and Little Mac are the only Wave 2 Amiibos I have never seen on the wild.
And About Luigi, I'd recommend grabbing it now if you have the money, one can't never be too save with these amiibos.

How awesome of you! I am actually hopeful that going to a Target store on a specific day is actually an option for getting Rosalina. Of course not everybody even lives close to a Target which is what makes the situation really screwed up because it leaves them with literally no options other than buying from a scalper or importing.

Now to just cry myself to sleep when I realized I'm up shit creek without a paddle for Rosalina and Meta Knight.
Yeah, I think I'll do a little round-up next week if the money's alright. Aside from Little Mac, I'd like a Luigi, Donkey Kong and maybe Mario, and then I'm more than content till Wave 3 hits.

US version says "6+" on the top right of all boxes. EU says "No. # Name of Character Here." And Japanese is well, japanese. That's it. Canadian = US (same thing).

I highly recommend readers who haven't read the first 40 pages, read em. It's quite entertaining. Especially when we mention that "guy" who supposedly bought 100 Rosalina. I will not believe it until I see them and his ugly middle finger. I hope his order gets cancelled. That would be epic.
Oh and Sonic 1, 2, and 3 sucks. Sonic Adventure 2 and beyond are awesome. HAHAHA anyone else get that? If he's reading he'll get that.
