Just got back from Gamestop. They were still taking in-store pre-orders for wave 3, but the guy was acting like they had almost reached their limit for wave 3. Oddly enough, the only wave 3 in-store pre-order they weren't taking anymore was Sheik.

Where in PA are you looking? Outside of Philly he's nowhere to be found.
It would be a nice option, but I already ordered everything elsewhere, kind of had to considering how fast these thing go and the consideration that TRU could just cancel them again on me. it would mean nothing to me personally, but then again I got a Lucario preorder in again when they went up that morning. If not I would want at least that.

Pit should be out soon, at least at Gamestops. Saw him and...luigi? I think were on there way. Still no captain to be see which was odd since they're all supposed to be there at once.
That Target tracker is pretty accurate. Except one store I went to had none when tracker said they had 2. I think the employees were keeping them for themselves from the look they had on their face.
One store sold their only four 20 minutes after I called to confirm they had them. I was a 30 min drive away and the same guy I talked to said one guy bought one and another bought 3. Not until I arrived at the third and final store on that Tracker did I find some and it was limited to one per customer due to some mishap they had during wave 1 release. They had 3 left. Thats pretty much it for Captain Falcon in norcal at the moment.

Agreed. They have plenty of stock and have been doing numerous orders for the identical cancelled Amiibos. Lucario being the big one. My order got screwed and I'm from Canada.

Not sure about their tracker. The 250 Wii U bundle was listed as In Stock or Limited Stock but was vaporware everywhere

By making one Gmail junk email account and putting random periods in the emails when setting up konhregate accounts I've gotten about 30 coupons and picked up about 10 amiibos at that price. Also works on anything except points cards in store. If the item is $5 exactly you get it for free.

Just checked my local supermarket... No high hopes, they usually had 4-5 common ones.

Now, I'm at 15, down to Pikachu, Diddy and Luigi, which are all quite easy to find. I can now fear for wave 3 ^_^ But things here seems definitively easier in EU than in US. I've visited 16 shops to grab wave 2 characters, but at least it was only many bus trips, no need to go to another town or deal with online...

I have everything in wave 1 and wave 2 except Luigi. I feel good, I've got a store that I frequent a lot that holds one every time I get a new one in.
I hate the fact that several upcoming ones are retail specific, pisses me off. I hate Best Buy to the core, haven't stepped foot in there since 2005, so I doubt I'm getting Meta Knight.

Meijer had a place for them and there was a girl with a cart stocking that aisle but I didn't feel like waiting around. She was constantly having people ask her for things so I didn't want to be like "hey got any Captain Falcon amiibo in there?"
I'll just be patient and trust Best Buy ship to home. My stuff might be a little damaged, but the amiibo themselves will work.

Make an account with say junkmail@gmail.com then another with j.unkmail and ju.nkmail they all will direct to the same email. That way you don't need to make 20 different email accounts. Account creation on Kongregate is literally just email and password. Takes 5 seconds.
The coupons get sent to the one email and then you can just pull it up on your phone for the GS employee to scan. The coupon is $5 off anything $5 and above except for points cards.
