Just received an email from Best Buy updating Meta Knight to 2/20 for release.
Man, this is getting crazy. I was on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes today trying to figure out what was going on with my messed up preorder. They had no idea after talking with a manager and corporate, and suggested calling back on Friday. I'm really hoping that they figure out how to fulfill it since I ordered on December 7th.

I'm scared since I deleted my Best Buy email after ordering Meta Knight. Never got a cancellation email but I also never received any of the emails you guys are receiving. This is ship to home and not store, by the way.
My Sheik finally shipped from Amazon! I guess actually getting it out and shipped took longer than expected, the delivery date got pushed back from the 13th to the 17th. But whatever it's fine.

I've got an email from Best Buy corporate, we got our meta Knights in today (6 total, 4 of which are preordered/in store pickup) and they were showing as available for pickup on our website.
Basically they go on sale on the 20th, 1 per person, but we don't know how many we will have per location. My store is the only one in the area and we only got 6.

Hey amiigos and amiigas. Just received my Mega Man from Amazon today and wow, does he look good. Best looking amiibo yet, IMO.
I also picked up my Shulk pre-order at GameStop today. The website tracker initially showed that my store didn't have him in stock yet but when I called I was told that I can go pick it up. When I arrived, to my surprise, I was told that they didn't have him. When I mentioned that I had called earlier, they asked if I had him pre-ordered. I said yes, obviously. Had to wait a bit while they got him from the back, but I eventually left with my Shulk. I didn't ask if they had any extras, but from the way they conducted their business with me today, it definitely seemed like they didn't have any beyond pre-orders...

Picked up my Shulk at GameStop today. I asked to look at a few because there was a speck on the tip of his nose (maybe he got bit by a Prom Skeeter?). Another one had a paint error on the Monado. Finally got a pretty decent one too take home.
Now I can relax about Shulk. It makes me realize that you never really count on owning an Amiibo until it's in your house.

This thread is really good for making me feel bad even when I did get something. From seeing that I missed out on Shulk orders this morning before I woke up to seeing everyone's pickups.
Still haven't heard any word from newegg about my preorder for like all of phase 3 and I'm afraid that by the time I do it will be too late to get figures if they canceled it.

I just refunded my preorders of Mega Man, Ike, and Dedede at FYE and saw them sitting there in a box all alone just for me and it made me sad, despite the fact that I already obtained all three of them...
