I believe we're only doing one per customer, so if you do somehow order two it is likely one would be cancelled.

I think so. I was testing it out by taking the SKUs of coffee makers and putting them in the search bar, and sure enough they were the only thing to show up.

since it says just one will be cancelled and not they will be cancelled it's likely not a huge risk if you try to order twice.

I will likely place two orders, one with my name on it, and one with my wife's name on it to try to get 2 of the ones I want for exactly your reasons.
