An assessment of non-japanese asian games (single-player)

Nine Sols coming out in about 8 hours. Who's getting it?

I might. Action-platformer with Sekiro-like combat sounds cool.

I will get it but not now. The price is a bit out of my range for instant buy these kind of games.

It's time for some Asia games recommended list:

Several former Blue Archive developers from 🇰🇷 have recently announced that they're working on a new game tentatively titled 'Project KV.' So far, they've only released a teaser video and a few key visuals.

Very excited to see the rise of Asia. China and Korea are massive untapped AAA markets. With western gaming the way it is, this is a ray of hope if an otherwise depressing AAA gaming release landscape.

I'm glad that more of these are getting official translations, even if the quality isn't perfect, because there's quite a few interesting titles that tend to get lost without enough exposure outside of the region.

Wonder if we will get games from India? They have their own movie industry and plenty of tech trained people.

Huh, but all the text are in Japanese lol
Just like Blue Archive the game will probably be launched only in JP first, and later on there will be a CN, KR and Global version. That's why all the promo material is in Japanese.

Devs are Korean though, and you can see that from the domain of their website which I've linked to in my post.

Lies of P is literally healing the huge damage Elden Ring made to my love of soulslike. Lies of P is an incredible game and anyone who enjoyed Bloodborne/Sekiro must also play it.

This year has got me interested in Chinese and Korean games from Stellar Blade and Wukong. I already played some Korean games before like Blade and Soul and Black Desert but Stellar Blade is the first great single player game I'm liking. The First Descendant seems to have great characters too but I'm not into it's gameplay so didn't play that.

Looking forward to Stellar Blade 2 and Wuchang.
