I think it should be a little cheaper for them being DD. I don't know the normal rate but it seems with the DD it's 3,000/4,000 yen more so I have no clue if that is a good deal compared to a bundle with a physical copy?

No, he's saying when they put the Fire Emblem bundle on sale, the site was super overrun with orders, and people who wanted it couldn't all get it, as well as the usual resellers cashing in. To avoid that, this time the hardware will be released in stages, instead of all at once.
