Any good books on female psychology that you’ve read?

You dont need a book..you need this

The original "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" and "Five Languages of Love" are all you need to understand, predict, and manipulate the female mind and learn why they do things that seem irrational and erratic to men (and vice versa).

All the top reviews on Amazon are from angry Karens giving it 0 stars, so while I've never read it, it must be full of uncomfortable truths

I read it a long time ago, so I didn't have today's woke lens I found it interesting. It's about men and women and the stuff about men helped me understand some of my behaviours which was helpful to make me more self aware. Its definitely not anti-women but calling out the Karens "Games" must have triggered them.

And to anyone who studies psychology or has an interest in it, how greatly does male psychology differ from female psychology?

Is this a rabbit hole you really want to go down?

To make things simple lets start with the basics. Go grab a book on Psychology you can find a variety but I recommend base college or junior college psych 101 reading lists. move over to social psychology and cultural psychology to understand people/people, people/culture interactions. Take a dip into the shallow water of Personality and while reading about personality grab a basic college textbook on intimate relationships.

What did all of that get you?

You just crammed 100 years of psych work into about two semesters of college without any conversation. Why is this good? Well by now I want to have the conversation that we couldn't have yet because we had to stuff some foundation down before we build the house.

Now lets talk gender.

This is a topic that is probably the least easy to adapt as honestly it is a wide open area with perceptions that have to be redefined and definitions set before the conversation can have merit.

Cool we have our rules and we have our setup. Male versus female psychology.

Fuck, just read a wide variety of books such as the jokingly brought up Men are from Mars Women are from Venus, famous female writers, women that wrote during the women's suffrage movement, talk to females around you to gain insight to how they process things. There is not actual roadmap to male versus female psychology as that is a extremely broad subject that has multiple variables depending on geographic, historical, cultural, communal relevancy and let us not forget most importantly age.

People are people, if you are seriously interested in the subject the way that you presented it I would honestly just figure out a few simpler questions and try to honestly answer those through research then the difference between male and female psychology.

At the end of the day we are products of our environment. We can definitely go as macro or micro into that subject as time allows and trust me it takes time. There are of course basic things that cannot change such as women have the ability to reproduce, at a biological level it is easier to explain the differences between sexes then at a psychological level. Not to say it is impossible but the the question you asked is extremely broad.

I have read that "women are from Venus, men from Mars"-Book.
I was shocked that Men's needs came basically down to "treat him with respect and don't belittle him". Also give him time in his cave.
For treating women right, there was a list of over 68 things you'd need to do.

It's like constant hell keeping your woman happy.

I decided I'd lie on my couch and play videogames instead and fuck some broads on tinder from time to time.

No, but there was this one time were i was in a public toilette and there was "bitches are crazy" painted on the wall, at the time it sounded like a pretty legit advice.

Yes, when I was younger I used to get frustrated when I had a high maintenance girl, but as I aged it became apparent that, "Oh, that's just girls." :p (Yeah, yeah exceptions.)

OP, just cheat.

At the end of the day, men and women are, more or less, similar enough on a basic psychological level. Learning how to manipulate people is like learning how to bake a cake. Adding icing or sprinkles is the difference between men and women.

If you get me

All I know is when the relationship is done, I'm fucking done. However 10 years later, 5 years later, whatever the person they want to keep some anger connection or other shit going on. It didn't work, move on to some other sucker.

The best books are probably the general well known ones , like:

  • how to win friends and influence people
  • The Social Animal
  • Thinking, Fast and Slow
  • Man’s Search for Meaning
some other books i like that are more modern include

  • The (Honest) Truth About Dishonesty
  • You are not so smart
  • Mistakes Were Made (But Not By Me)

Check out "The Rational Male" by Rollo Tommassi. It's THE book on uncomfortable truths regarding sexual dynamics.

I would also recommend "The Way of the Superior Man." It's a very good book that has tinges of new age mysticism, but if you get past that, there are some very profound pieces of wisdom.

Also read "Sperm Wars" if you want to be pissed off and paranoid for a month lol. I don't agree with everything, but it is eye opening for what it is.

Also as mentioned above, the Black Phillip Show is simply the best, hosted by the GOAT Patrice O'Neal.
