So I haven't been posting in here because I don't want to lose focus on my job search, but I've been a part of unemployed-GAF for about 4 months and was wondering if anyone had some advice in my situation.
In the last 24 hours, I've gotten 2 job offers, one (project management) for half what I was making, the other (bus dev) a few thousand more than half. I simply can't afford to take the project management job at the current offer, but it's supposed to go up after a probationary period, and as projects are completed, I would get residuals that should take me above what I was previously making (I've got an email in to try to get some more specifics.) The bus dev position just barely works economically (by $13/month), is in the direction I want to go professionally, but the work environment seems toxic (the owner was regaling me with stories of people he had to fire and is a micromanager in denial, last person in this position left after 3 weeks.)
Help me decide unemployed-GAF-kenobi, you're my only hope!
TL;DR -
Offer #1 - Bad pay, might get better, stuck in a rut.
Offer #2 - Not good pay, professional development, work environment sucks.
