Pretty much the same stats as the 4s.

I am fine with that if the numbers are legit.

I can barely get 5 hours of heavy usage on my 4S. And it leaks battery like a mofo on standby. My 4's battery was legendary in comparison. The 4 came within 98% of meeting and even sometimes exceeded their claims.

edit: I am still on AT&T. I wonder if they will let me stay unlimited on LTE or if I have to get a data cap?

Previous no. But you can double-click the menu button to skip a track. It's not perfect, but it works well for running/gym. Much better than using your phone.
