I harbor no illusions, I'm pretty sure Roman has 'the guy' label on lock for the next decade. He'll probably trade title wins Seth and NXT folks who successfully make the jump to the main roster. But I'll still enjoy Dean ranting about god knows what while he gets less and less cheers from the audience for never winning.

From what I've seen, Ambrose has his strengths and weaknesses, but The Vocal Minority on WrassleGAF acts like he's the second coming of Erik Watts.

I'm just saying they took the match away from him with Y2J and practaclly have him no offense.

If Brock was going to squash anyone it should have been somebody like the miz.

The 2 people Vince seems to be saving that Brock win for is Bray or Roman and in either case it's a bad call.

Hell why not just have had AJ have that Brock match.

There probably would have been more hype.

I cannot believe how bad November to Remember '98 has been after the relatively stellar Heat Wave '98. And Styles was going on and on about this being their answer to WrestleMania/Starrcade. God dang.

I asked Seth Rollins for a nickel and he separated his shoulder reaching in his pocket

I asked Roman Reigns for a nickel and he gave me a quarter and offered to be my friend

Kinda sad that Wesley Snipes will be starring in a movie that's produced by the WWE and also features Rollins. I hope Snipes is able to complete the movie without being injured by Rollins.

I think AJ wouldn't have had an extreme rules match and they probably would have let him do more.

Unlike last year with the 2 main events being 2 old wrestlers, 1 person who a majority of the fans do not like and a 47 year old man who plays touch butt in the park they probably told guys to not go out and have a great match.

I wouldn't even say I'm a huge Dean fan either. I just think the show would run smoother with him as the top face.

Plus Taker had like a dozen different vests like Roman Reigns. Why not put him back in one of those to cover his chest and gut. Hell make a firey one for Kane. It'd be pretty easy. Put him in his old style mask to cover the jowly double chin thing. He sold better with his mouth and face covered compared to the way he looks yelling and scrunching up his face.

If they wont put them out to pasture as they should then they could at least do a better job of covering up the signs of age.

The whole build just seemed really weird, and that end made it even weirder. Like when you look back on Punk/Cena and remember it ended with Nash/HHH sledgehammer on a pole. Building to something happening and then doing the complete opposite.

I think chairs were the only weapon he even teased having by the last Raw that he actually got to use. Like, what was the point

Given the setup of the match and what's been written about it in wrestling news sites, it sounds like Ambrose initially had a lot more planned for the match but almost everything ended up being cut or shot down due to being too brutal for PG. You just can't do "Mick Foley is killed, gets back up, is killed again" matches in the PG era like they were done in the late 90s.

According to a reliable source (one of the other wrestlers in the match - who will remain nameless for obvious reasons) he [Jarrett] showed up completely wasted for the 10-man tag match at the Wrestlecon Supershow in Dallas last Saturday night
The match was supposed to last 15 minutes apparently, but went on more like 45 largely cause JJ wouldn't shut up on the mic.
Only speculating, but that might have promoted Joey Ryan to call his promo "shitty" and Tommy Dreamer to tell him that "I respect you as a professional cause of what you're achieved, but if you don't fight me like a man right now, I'll let all 2,000 of these fans come in the ring and butt-fuck you for a Youporn video"
Could all be Kayfabe too I guess - but the person who told me sure was hot about it!

Excellent game. Played it with the lady on PS3 and then played through it again on PS4 with my teenage son.

Still haven't played the extra side story DLC thing, though. Should do that soon.

Even if all of this is true, there's no reason for having Brock dominate the whole match and take the victory after 1 F5. They should've gone for at least 5 more minutes and have Dean get 1 or 2 near falls with Dirty Deeds onto a chair or something like that, but nope, just have 1 of your more over guys look like the chumpiests of chumps.

There's only so many times a guy can lose and remain relevant. Looking at you, Bray.

I don't know how far I am but I've been sitting on this game for a year. So I said, shit let me go ahead and play. This week I've beaten The Order and inFamous Second Son. Last of Us has earned all of the love so far. It's basically a survival Uncharted. My biggest complaint is Ellie doesn't hold up her end of the bargain enough lol.

Sable thought the ratings increased thanks to her in 98. Someone needs to slap this damn woman. Too bad Luna didn't snatch her up the way she wanted.
