Can you ID the chants during the Barrett-Mysterio match for the Canadians here who don't have a good grasp of British customs, please?

The one I remember is "Eng-gur-lund! Eng-gur-lund! Eng-gur-lund!" which is ironically sung to the tune of Stars And Stripes Forever (the bit 1 minute in). It's a popular soccer chant for England's games. There might have been some light "wanker" chants too aimed at Rey. Also after the match Barrett got everyone to chant "Bad News" similar to the old "Ea-sy!" chants Big Daddy got back when he wrestled.

She is a good heel too, which could work well in WWE. Most of the Diva heels these days are just "Bratty," and she can be more than that. Which should make for interesting storylines. She has history with Paige too, so they could work well together down the line.

Daizee Haze vs Rebecca Knox 2 out of 3 Falls is a great match if anyone wants to look at it. For some stupid crazy reason, it seems to uploaded to XVideos (porn site), even though it has nothing close to that involved in it, but it is a good 30 minute watch if you can go there.

Did Rebecca Knox always have the green Irish/Celtic gimmick or is it just something the WWE gave her because they're lazy fucks?

I hope someone can replace Kane in there, maybe an oportunity to make Sandow relevant again as he is one of the few legit heels left (i.e, heel that doesn't get cheered for) I also think HHH vs Bryan had their moment in Mania, time to find a new villain, possibly Bork Laser. I like RVD, but I have no idea where he fits. Also Rusev, with Lesner there and Ryback kind of still existing somewhat, I wonder if there is room for another monster.

I think HHH and Bryan and then inevitable Orton/Bryan rematch will fill up the main event card for a couple of PPV's so they can start a slow burn buildup to a Bork/Bryan Summerslam showdown for the title. If Bork appears in any of the PPV's before Summerslam it will be squash matches to further build on Bork being completely unstoppable now that he ended the Streak.

Was was always billed from Dublin, Ireland, and had a Hip Hop Leprechaun phase (in Shimmer I think) in her past, so it is not just a WWE thing. She has a pretty strong accent, so it would be hard to avoid the irish thing though. It was never as forced as Sheamus is though - naming all the moves random Irish sounding things, ,and coming out to Irish music. Her entrance has been "U Can't Touch This" most of her career.

He had? Talk about bad decisions. Even if it hadn't worked with the E he could've always go back to TNA

He was offered the Umaga gimmick, but he didn't want to take it. I think that was incredibly dumb. E money would probably have been better and if that gimmick failed he might have gotten something else down the line. TNA would have taken him back anyway. They court all the E dropouts.

Didn't Paige tap last night? or it was a mistake?

It might have looked like tapping but she was just flapping around.

It definitely looked like she was tapping.

Not sure whats up with AJ's finisher where everybody looks like they're tapping even when they aren't supposed to. Maybe its legit painful. Or maybe they just want to slap it.

She was wildly grabbing to try and reverse the move. It looked bad, but it was not tapping. I'd forgive anything that looked bad last night, as she probably had all the butterflies in the world last night, and they were not flying in formation,

That much was obvious. He wasn't even on her promo game either.

Bring out the NXT diva who's over with smarks in front of a smark crowd?

AKA: What they should have done with Emma

I assume the smarks would like her to appear as she did on NXT instead of timid girl who's not good on the mic, gets beat up in the ring and kinda wins by accident before scurrying away

I mean, I don't watch NXT, I'm just going on what Ply tells me

So... what were they thinking with Paige's debut?

I think they tried to debut her as a tamer version of her usual character. She can choose to display more of her usual anger as she needs to - when a storylines dictates it. No need to go with "Angry Paige" out the door - no where to evolve from there. I think things went fine. Could it have been better, sure, but it was not a disaster.

Also, other than debuting her during the RAW taping on the UK tour, this was the best place to do it, as I don't think they could have waited much longer..

Really the whole handling of the divas segment last night could have gone a lot better, I see they were going for the cocky overconfident heel champ has their reign abruptly ended by a rookie angle and that fell flat with me.
But hey it's the Divas division, one small step at a time, no total divas was like a breakthrough.

Love him or hate him, John Cena is here for the WWE Universe, and you have to respect him

No idea who page is and don't watch nxt but tgat was the most entertained I've been by a diva segment in years. I actually cared. No idea what everyone is crying about.

It was the right idea, just booked poorly.

I mean besides the mic work, I just found it odd they decided to limit the match down to two moves. The finisher was as others stated earlier weak as well.

You debut on the biggest raw of the year, already over with the crowd, do a five minute match and skyrocket to the top of the totem pole.
She had every reason in the world to be nervous.

Look at it this way, if it wasn't Paige it would have been Naomi or Nikki...

Even though the way they handled Paige's debut was pretty rough, I am still happy that she is now on the main roster. Now they have another female wrestler who is actually capable of putting on some food matches rather then watching AJ go through the motions of AJ squashing the Total Divas for the 7 millionth time.

do they have any old RAWs/Smackdowns on WWE Network

I'm feeling like a mark after the last two nights and I think I might buy it, convince me not to pls

I did not mind that to be honest. They did the same quick finish thing for MitB cash-in's in the past, and it worked there. Also that was her usual finishing move she hit, so it made that look strong too.

As I said right idea with Paige getting the belt but just booked like shit. Should have let her act with a bit of confidence and got some actual offence off. I can understand them saving her amazing submission finisher for the PPV though.

They probably kept the Paige/AJ match short because they new Paige was nervous as well. We'll (hopefully) get a full match either next week or at Extreme Rules. Still, calling up Paige to end AJ's title reign sends a big message to what WWE thinks of the rest of the diva's division right now.

Edit: New Paige
