I loved Spider-man and Miles Morales, and they are two of my favourite games from the last few years, but the the main-line Bethesda games have always been my all time favourites since Daggerfall.
It's a 20-30ish hour rollercoaster action game that I'll likely revisit and replay later on vs an action sandbox RPG that I'll likely play for hundreds of hours and do multiple characters on, then replay again and again with different mods. So Starfield gets my vote, but honestly it's like comparing a Ferrari to a yacht; you enjoy one of them by driving in it, the other you enjoy by living in it.
