Friendly reminder that this is by the same reviewer that gave Redfall the following score:So after we remove fromsoftware worshipping it's just your typical bargain bin 6/10 armored core game. As expected.
Gorgeous (when the textures load)Friendly reminder that this is by the same reviewer that gave Redfall the following score:
So, not the best example to use for your argument.
How else will they get Greenberg Credit Score?Friendly reminder that this is by the same reviewer that gave Redfall the following score:

there are like 6 reviews under xbox lol, one of them being xbox (redfall - incredibly fun) eraWhy is there big difference in score between PC and xbox version?

This is the best Armored Core game released
You could say that the same situation applied to Sekiro (Tenchu "reboot") and, while divisive for the Souls community, managed to garner significant respect based on its own merits. From has cultivated a massive Souls fanbase who are going to buy in and be largely disappointed when they learn what From was about before 2011.
An odd return to what has been a mostly mediocre series.
Mission-based structure and no window dressing bullshit is one of the top selling points you could have for me in 2023.The huge amount of complaints about the mission based structure of the game and the.... story (?!?!) is baffling.
You must be one of those ”easy mode” dudes….So after we remove fromsoftware worshipping it's just your typical bargain bin 6/10 armored core game. As expected.
Honestly that is appealing to me as well. I don't need to explore and shit in a mech. The fuel costs would be absurd. You want to go on pre-planned missions.Mission-based structure and no window dressing bullshit is one of the top selling points you could have for me in 2023.
Honestly just sounds like he sucks at building his mechs. Probably doesn’t understand how important using the the right legs is. In other words, this is some PROPER AC. LETS GOGame journo moment

If people expecting Armored Core Freaking 6 to play like Souls game and be disappointed it doesn't, they have no one but themselves to blame. You guys are acting like I said its impossible to enjoy both. I simply said that it is the biggest departure from their Souls formula yet, something modern fans haven't experienced, and won't be what many are expecting, which isn't unfair at all.
I mean, even FROM themselves have said they're building on the series using what they've learned from working on Souls. If people expecting Armored Core Freaking 6 to play like Souls game and be disappointed it doesn't, they have no one but themselves to blame.
FROM made it pretty damn clear that this is Armoured Core game and so its gonna play like one.
Mose devs do this, Hashino put his experience making Persona 3 and 4 to make Catherine and that game shares lot elements from Persona but its not Persona game and its same with upcoming Metaphor.I mean, even FROM themselves have said they're building on the series using what they've learned from working on Souls.
Their output has dramatically shifted since the last AC game came out, to the point they're almost not even the same developer. A lot of people are going to be playing AC series for the first time with this entry for that exact reason.
I don't think it'll "play like a Souls game," but I think it will have more streamlined action elements and modern controls. I don't think it'll feel like the old AC games much at all. I think it could practically be a new series on this entry based on what I've seen. Kind of a light reboot. But we'll see, I haven't played it.Mose devs do this, Hashino put his experience making Persona 3 and 4 to make Catherine and that game shares lot elements from Persona but its not Persona game and its same with upcoming Metaphor.
FROM is put their experience making their pervious games to make Armoured Core VI but that doesn't mean it gonna play like Souls game.
I'm sorry, it's my fault, since my forecast was 88/90 on Meta, now all reviewers are basing their score on my prediction. My apologies !Down to 88/100
Sorry bros, cancelling my preorder. What a fall from grace for FROM Software.
Good.Few reviews now saying only 10 hours of story mode, exclusing re-plays. Any other hours are multiplayer, or dicking around the garage well-beyond necessity.
Shame. Im a FromSoft fanboy, but dissapointed considering this is from the Sekiro team?

I mean ER is incredibly short for an JRPG if you just follow the main path and nothing else, so it means nothing. Why wouldn't you include the replay factor for multiple endings, Garage (one of the main features), MP, etc? It's a mission based Mecha game, not an action adventure or JRPG.Few reviews now saying only 10 hours of story mode, exclusing re-plays.
