Arrested Development Fools

Buster's hand in the dishwasher because of Lucille and George using it in the bedroom :lol :lol :lol

And the Rumsfeld pic :lol

Decent ep:

But... is it me or does this show since the last couple last season feel like it's running a mile a minute? I watched a few today from Season 1 again, and I was surprised at the difference in pacing; the show definitely seemed to take it's time more back then.

I think the reason for the pacing on the last 1 or 2 eps last year was the fact that the order was cut and they didn't know if the show was coming back or not. So they were trying to fit as much in as they could.

This show's getting crazy.

So, George Bluth Sr somehow gets put under house arrest. Oscar is... still in jail?

Did Maebe even get to show up tonight? This cast is getting out of control.

Still funny as fuck though.

I think it's because today's show was basically a set-up show for the next few. They didn't even do the regular intro because they had to setup how George Sr. is already living with them. I think the next few will be really funny compared to this one. It's happened a few times before like that.

Mediocre eps, still funny, but they had to rush a bunch of stuff into the plot (presumably) to setup the next arcs. A few great jokes (unbelievably icky jokes about George Sr and Lucille's sex life :lol), but it was a bit disjointed.

Yeah, I figured that was why especially the season finale felt so fast, but even the 2 we've had this season seemed to throw in a LOT of stuff, very fast.

Anyways, I liked the Brad Garrett joke too. :)

I haven't seen it yet since I'm on the west coast but I had heard that there was going to be a joke about Garrett winning the emmy over Tambor. Kudos to them for getting back and getting it in so quickly. :)

Definitely a crazy ep, I loved the part where the guy flashed the 'Call Me' sign while they were driving, he held up 3 numbers, then 2 and then like 12

HAHAHA

Housekeeper: " Mr Gay, Mr Gay is bleeding..."

Tobias "I can just taste those meaty leading man parts in my mouth."

Haven't seen tonight's episode yet, but I think that's affecting this season as well, to start with. I strongly suspect that the GOB-Steve Holt plotline, for one thing, was something the writers had wanted to do last season (since they set it up then, and never got to it).

You guys are crazy. This ep was hilarious, much better than lasts weeks (which was also very good.) That "for Brittish eyes only" shit had me on the floor.

“Suddenly Michael was struck by something he remembered from his childhood.”
:lol

I thought it was pretty bad, with a few hilarious gags. In fact, I think it's the first episode of AD that's disappointed me (flame me!!1).

Some of the jokes, like "I might make you blue" seemed more like someone making fun of AD rather than AD itself.

That's another possibility: that they are trying to fit in what they planned on for the last 4 episodes last year that ended up being cut. Who knows.

As it stands, even an "average" episode of AD is still better than 99% of the crap on TV.

Overall, I agree with this.

Huh? You've never heard of blue balls?

Wow, I thought it was a really great episode. They always seem to come at you from so many angles and thats one thing I really enjoy about the show.

I think Global screwed me over. Was there a "On the next AD"?

There wasnt. Just a generic " on next week" kinda thing from fox. Kinda a suprise actually as I dont think they havent had one like this before. Dissapointing actually.

A few episodes in the first season I believe didn't have a "On the next episode of Arrested Development..."

Well was there "on the previous AD" before? This one had one.

Also, when did George Sr get put on house arrest?

Anyone that watches Global pissed off at the fact that Global can't SEGUE INTO A FUCKING COMMERICAL BREAK PROPERLY?

I mean fuck, there've been whole sentences cut off and replaced with ads for fucking a fucking Ford truck and shit.

I'm going to write a letter of complaint.

George Sr. was put on house arrest in very beginning...I was very confused when they started putting a teather on him.

Really? I guess I dont remember that far back. bah. As far as this one goes, unless my comcast sucks (which wouldnt surprise) I didnt get one, but got generic previews instead. I dont know what to think! ha. (But oh how I do still love this show)

They had them before, most notably in the Maggie Lizer one, but that one actually WAS a recap of the previous episode, and they never said "On the previous AD" for that one, just jumped into the recap.

This Intro seemed in the same style as the "On the Next AD"'s, in the sense that it gives you stuff that's continuous to the whole story, but was never actually seen in the previous/next episode.

Just finished seeing it here. Good episode. Definitely not the best, but it seems like it's more of a setup for the next few eps.

Where was Maeby???? :(

OMG, Did anyone else catch...

George Sr: "A groupe of british builders operation outside the O.C...."
Michael: "Dont call it that"

OMG, and 'British eyes only" OMG, this episode was awsome, but i do agree it seemed very fast paced.
