It's smart in a sense for Sara and Ray to get the most screen time as crossover characters since they both got their start on Arrow. Less of a backstory for viewers of Arrow only to need.

Ray and Sara getting plenty of Arrow nostalgia I suppose. But it's not like we were lacking in their presence thanks to Legends.

This was a pretty emotionally heavy episode. I think I enjoyed this a LOT more then the Flash episode even though there were less set pieces.

The problem is that they still had filming schedules, and there are only so many hours in a day. For them to be super heavy, it would have been the equivalent of filming three/four episodes in the same time they normally film one for the major actors.

This year's crossover is going to be hard to top, especially if they're able to stick the landing with the LoT episode. Which, going by the preview, they probably will.
