The current acing Attorney General, Sally Yates, has just asked Department of Justice lawyers not to make legal arguments defending President Trump's executive order on immigration and refugees. However, this brave action on her part will lose its significance if the Trump administration is able to successfully and hastily remove her and replace her with Senator Sessions.
