What the fuck is going on here lol

Austin keeps trying to probe into Dean's personal life and Dean's full on

This is much better now that it's more focused on Wrestling. You'd think Dean would have said something like "I really don't want to talk about my childhood" to Austin beforehand if he felt that awkward about it.

If Dean's as introverted as he seems, it probably didn't even occur to him.

Ambrose is so self-assured and natural sounding when cutting a promo, but just hearing him talk as a man is really awkward. Like he feels more at home in the ring.

Stuff like this is why I can see them not wanting to give Dean a chance.

Which is why Vince should only watch tv. Day to Day next to him probably changed his viewpoint about all of the talent.

I'm still not over Finn's "IRISH WARRIOR" promo. Finn McCool was a tale you learn when you're eight with colorful pictures and watered down, so I just couldn't take it seriously as some threatening tale.

What Dean is saying right now is actually interesting, seems like he's getting to the point but Austin keeps cutting him off like he's getting off track

Dean was part of a team of the most protected guys the company ever had since 1999 HHH and he's talking about a chip on his shoulder?

Explain this post more, what part probably would turn them off?

I think the whole thing might have worked without of the Powerpoint presentation graphics tossed in,

Imagine working with somebody with his persona backstage combined with his look?

Its how and why Vince favors big guys. He spends all this time backstage he's bound to like the people that take care of their body or people he looks up for eye contact.

We would have a better TV product if Vince simply watched TV then never met with the performers.
