Imagine working with somebody with his persona backstage combined with his look?

Its how and why Vince favors big guys. He spends all this time backstage he's bound to like the people that take care of their body or people he looks up for eye contact.

We would have a better TV product if Vince simply watched TV then never met with the performers.
I understand now, basically fun the product, but have othet guys hire and run everything else. Almost similar to some sports teams. You have your coach who runs the play, you have scouts and gm for get the talent.

Ive been reflecting on the past two years (i started watching wwe again after Yesslemania) by rewatching matches, reading old articles, listening to old podcasts, etc. And i find myself always coming back to the same conclusion:

Daniel Bryan fans have ruined the past two years of WWE.

Hear me out now. I like Daniel Bryan just fine, and i get that Vince is out of touch and the company has been resting on their laurels for quite sometime. The product has been pretty shitty (in my opinion it has gotten a lot better since the brand split). But come on.

If anyone, ANYONE else (even besides batista and reigns) won the '14 and '15 rumbles, the fans would have acted the exact same as they did with the actual winners. Is that really fucking fair to these guys who are trying to further their careers like Bray, Rusev, etc? Fuck no. Yeah, batista vs orton would have been shit for wm xxx. Yeah, roman wasnt ready. But is it really fair to roman that his reaction will forever be tarnished because fucking Daniel Bryan didnt win 2015 rumble?

In my opinion, its not fair. I know this is just me rambling and i might not make much sense but what does wrasslegaf think?

I don't think you can blame the fans when they constantly fought fan reaction for so long.

NXT HHH tries to make a product that the fans will like and will get over, main roster tries to get a product Vince likes cheers.

No Man's Sky is unlocked but this is finally getting really good lol

Beginning was awkward but I think it may have helped sort of break him in

You can't really blame fans for the WWE basically showing contempt for their audience by ignoring fan reaction. No it's not fair to Roman, Batista, etc, but it was WWE management that put them in that position.

Hold on a minute, playa. Wrasslin fans are a different breed.

Brock must have been planning that UFC comeback a long ways out or they got cute with trying to save any heat for HHH.

Well, in this instance you can't blame them. :p They told Vince and co exactly what they wanted and got hit with the "nope."

You gotta know your audience, and in this case, they should've known their fans wouldn't be reasonable.

Joe Rogan said they had been talking for months
There had to be a point maybe after hell in a cell where Brock knew he was gonna fight.

He was bumping like crazy during the taker feud and the Reigns match that I can't see him trying to work safe to protect a payday.

The start of this was that Shemus squash match.

That was a key moment that lead to the creation of the fan resenment.
