Rusev can easily be allowed to turn face if they drop the anti-USA comments (which, christ, wrestling crowds really reveal themselves booing him for that), and just emphasize the already observable fact he is the funniest performer on the roster. The man makes feuds as weak as Dolph/Lana and Titus entertaining with his antics. He can be the brute or the lovable goof and actually be both within the space of 3 minutes on the mic.
He's got a friendly looking face. He also modulates his accent to be just exaggerated enough to sound convincingly broken, but not so much that it loses any comedic nuance. He knows what words to drop and what ones to emphasise - and he doesn't even need the accent to get his lines over, it's just a product of the xenophobia gimmick. He can deliver a funny line off the cuff. There are very few people on the roster who have these kind of instincts today.
He's also good fun in the ring. Rusev should have a heel WWE Champ run, and a good face run otherwise. I hope Rusev will be with us for a long time. Rusev Machka.
