wow, it's almost like jared leto and margot robie are terrible actors and always have been and will smith has zero range.

i knew that movie would be shit. the casting is awful all around

Wut.

Leto is really good and Will Smith is by far the best actor in the 40-50 year old age range. Also Ayer is being one of the best directors working in Hollywood in the last 5 years.

G1 Fave Five:

1. SANADA, really showing why he's one of the top young talents in puroresu.
2. Nakajima, putting on great matches and has been a lot of fun to watch.
3. Elgin, his big man gimmick is over as hell and he's looked very motivated.
4. Naito, enough said.
5. YOSHI-HASHI, has been a revelation this tournament, has looked far more improved, hope he gets a title push out of this.

Honorable Mentions: Ishii, EVIL, Omega, Honma, Nagata, and Marufuji.
Middle of the Road: Goto, Tenzan, Okada, Shibata, and Tanahashi.
Dishonorable Mentions: Fale and Tonga.

The WWE will soon have TWO Women’s Championships … but according to GM Daniel Bryan, the new belt won’t be rushed onto SmackDown Live quite yet.

Bryan was interviewed by the Bear Hug It Out podcast this week and when asked about the Universal Championship being announced on RAW, the “Yes!” Movement leader was very open.

“It’s great to have the only REAL world championship.” Daniel added, “I’m not against them creating the title. We are gonna do that for the women for SmackDown Live. But, we are taking our time with it to make sure that we do it right.”

I feel like the Punk match is gonna end like the prom in Carrie

He wins by decision and the ref raises his arm, but then all of a sudden a bunch of pig blood falls on him and the whole crowd laughs at him. Vince and Hunter come out and shake hands with Dana

It's a bad movie like everyone expected it to be but Robbie/Harley is being praised as one of, if not the, only good parts

What sort is 'praising' her?

A small sampling of the mass praise

The second biggest role goes to Harley Quinn, played by Margot Robbie, who’s actually the exception that proves the rule. Thanks in part to Robbie’s memorable performance, she’s flighty, she’s unpredictable and when she’s having fun, so is the audience. She adds to every scene she’s in, and when she’s on screen, Suicide Squad is at its best.

Margot Robbie Kills It as Harley Quinn
In a core cast featuring about a dozen major characters, Margot Robbie stands out as a definite highlight. Her Harley Quinn makes an indelible impression.
Empire said:
Margot Robbie isn’t quite allowed to completely steal this show — but she certainly borrows it from time to time, and repays you with enough interest to make that mooted Harley stand-alone an enticement.
USA Today said:
Harley, a psychiatrist turned unhinged moll with an undying love for the Joker (Jared Leto), is finally Robbie's star-making turn.
Hollywood Reporter also calls her the best, while at the same time saying Leto sucks (no shock). Again, only a little bit of what's out there amidst the many reviews

In fairness, Harley Quinn is the kind of character you'd have to work really hard to fuck up.

I might be hearing things but I swear you can hear Roman's theme for a split-second during Rusev's match against Henry, when he's going for the Accolade

I wonder if Zayn's even gonna get an angle for SummerSlam.

Everyone else of relevance basically has one now and that's with basically 2 angles on SD.

Lesnar v. Orton
Balor v. Rollins
Ziggler v. Ambrose
Cena v. Styles
Sasha v. Charlotte
JeriKO v. Enzo and Cass
New Day v. Club
Rusev v. Reigns

I almost wonder if they're gonna shoe-horn Zayn into JeriKO as the token good guy just to get more bodies on the card.

I kinda disagree, psychotic funny woobie is pretty hard to pin down in my opinion. I only ever liked the original incarnation in TAS.

It's a scenery-chewing role where the only real way to do it wrong is to under-act.

That's simplifying it a bit too much, IMO. Over acting it can go wrong in many ways, and the psychotic type of character is hard to pull off well. Same with how she's supposed to be funny and a bit of someone you feel bad for. That can easily be either really boring or annoying as shit.

Another solid Raw, now to see what kind of sad, depressing mess Thunder is tonight.

Preparing the way for Cena to job to AJ and for Cena to start the Dwayne Johnsoning of his career.

Then trying to convince people that Ambrose vs Ziggler is a match people actually want to see.

Cesaro doesn't have one either, probably vs Sheamus?

I don't really get why they threw Reigns into the US Title picture beyond making it obvious he's being demoted.

I thought Zayn was a much better option for that title opportunity and could also absorb losing to Rusev making them both look great. I guess Vince takes the "US" part of the title too seriously.

Now that is great fantasy booking. Allow two lower card guys to tear it up so much they get each other over. Imagine a Rusev/Zayn best-of-7 series.
