They mentioned on the commentary that he from the PC and has been signed for over a year now. I believe they even watched his match with Balor on NXT.

People do pay for this too.

He should probably remember that Swann is the only signed guy in the whole tournament and they mentioned it on commentary and his entire pre-match promo package was about being signed.

Dean Ambrose talks and acts like a Pauly Shore character. Just watched SmackDown, and didn't like his promo but Ziggler's was pretty solid.

heh...you know that "do a good lucha thing" promo blunder is fun and it catches on super fast. It reminds me of how you could tell during a promo with The Rock he was shooting along being silly and ran out of insults when he just stumbled and said "Rudey...POO" the first time. Like he said "rudey" and had no idea where to go from there since no one says "rudey".

Thing is The Rock ran with "Rudey Poo" afterwards. Owned how ridiculous it was and kept saying it because the fans enjoyed it as a silly thing to repeat. I think Kalisto should own the "Do a Good Lucha Thing" and start yelling it before going for a spot up top or something. Go full El Generico levels of pander with posing and hyping when he yells that he is gonna do a good lucha thing.

It'd make a fun T-shirt for certain.

yeah good lucha thing is great for kallisto, cos he's good in ring but has no promotional skills at all. they should sell him as a guy who flubs every line, seems like a total joke, then turns out to kick his opponents ass when he fights then. but that's too subtle for WWE, hell, that might be too subtle for anybody to pull off convincingly, so #goodluchathing will. do for now.

it's always the best when wrestlers get over because of promo fuck ups.

He was arguing with Meltzer earlier in the week about the Heath Slater Raw segment saying that Heath said 2LB instead of 2MB. Sometimes I can't tell if he does that stuff accidentally or he just likes to wind Meltzer up though since Dave likes to correct him constantly.

Someone should do a parody of Vince actually trying to convince the Olympic Committee that wwe style of wrestling should be an actual event.

The last match is a triple threat match, who ever doesn't get pin or submitted will get silver, the person pinned gets bronze, winner gets gold obviously.

Hells to the yes. I've not actually gotten around to watching any NJPW this year but I've consumed so much US wrestling that I can confidently say it's easily my number 1.

But honestly most people in the internet get off to arguing and trying to correct others because they want to feel as if they have more pull than others for once when they're at the bottom of the totem poll and couldn't cut it on real life. I think the memory of many is Rey after Eddie passed away and they forget everything before that. He was having great matches all the time, one that is overlooked is his feud with Taijiri over the Cruiserweight title. Taijiri was deadly during that period.

He seemed to have a new lease of life in Lucha Underground too. Shame he had a falling out, I'd love to see him try and keep up with the CWC guys.

His match with Ricochet was pretty damn good, reminded me of his old stuff. That's the only LU match I've seen ha! I just hated all of the moves that used to be match enders are just close calls. I hate that I'm wwe too so not just picking on LU. I loved that Ricochet 619 to a Phoenix splash because I sincerely thought that were going to have Rey lose to his own move lol.
