fripside always is one of the most animey sounding groups so it was a huge step down from the high quality Sawano brought to the OP and ED table last season. The theory of anime never being able to deliver strong second OPs for their sequels gain another ally today. The musics is just not as memorabl as X.U. and scaPEGoat.

But the OP animation looked fantastic and the touch with the MikaYuu face holding and hand holding and gripping, even interlocked ever, best thing ever as a seraph fan. They really delivered.

Anime moments was compelling and intriguing.

I wonder if Krul is in talks with Guren for the research on Seraph of the End and human experimentation, though I cant figure out what Krul would gain. Then again she did keep Mika, and they didnt chase Yu, so there most be something.

This is a training episode, that kinda goes over old psychological wounds that we covered pretty well in the first season to be honest.

That said, it is setting things up nicely for a three way fight.

Great episode. I guess what Araragi was doing in that house was kind of predictable but still I liked the story. Oikura joins the family troubles group, as everyone other than Araragi's family seems to have problems. Ougi seems to be the focus of the season, despite Oikura. I wonder why she's so helpful, as she essentially helped Araragi remember everything... other than one thing... Damn cliffhangers.

And now I get why everyone in the show calls Araragi dumb. I mean, how can you forget all of these things?

Monogatari SS 15-26, Hanamonogatari 1-5, Tsukimonogatari 1-4, Owarimonogatari 1-3

So today I binge watched the rest of this incredible anime serie.

Monogatari SS ended up being my fourth 10/10 and it really deserved it, had a blast watching it and none of the arcs were of any major difference in quality, all of them was great(Though Hitagi End was best).
Ended up loving Kaiki, the guy had the best theme and most interesting story even if he might just be a simple con man. Would easily change my current avatar to Kaiki, even though totoro and spirited away is 2 of my other 10/10 anime.

Hanamonogatari felt like a small step down, might just have been me not liking Suruga for the whole serie so an arc focused on her wasn't exactly thrilling, though more Kaiku can't say no to that.

Tsuki was, well I don't really know. Didn't feel like that good of an arc. Some cool things but mostly just fell flat.
Was still enjoyable but it's probably the one I'd rate the lowest(Even below Nise that I thought was pretty good, just too much fan service)

Owarimonogatari has an interesting start to say the least, I like Ougi but I'm much more curious about what she are than anything else.
Some good "mystery" solving with the Araragi and Ougi though something feels really fishy about how he could forget all the things he did...I hope we will learn more about it next episode.

And after this binge I have no idea how I'll be able to wait a week for one more episode to be released, this is what torture feels like. I finally understand the people who are looking forward to Kizumonogatari.

I'll throw in some good screenshots when I learn how to set up VLC to take screenshots.
I somehow tried and failed to do it.
I'm also sorry for me not being good at describing my opinion or even make a good impression about my time with the serie, I'm just bad at writing.

Second, that action scene. That was some crazy ost they pulled out of their asses, and it was bloody fantastic. Ikki showing his ruthless side by cutting that man hand clean off, so don't mess with his women.
Great episode. Can't wait for the next one.

Holy hell, from where did they pull that crazy soundtrack out? It made the already great action scene even more intense. Loved how Ikki was completely ruthless and just cut the guys arm off. That's what you get for trying to mess with Stella. Looks like next episode will be a duel, can't wait!

Asterisk - 03

Nothing really special happened, but it was still pretty enjoyable. It was mainly about Julis' background story with a hint of politics, fairly standard romantic development and set-up for the climax next episode. It had some small battles against some fodder, but the action here didn't hold a candle to Chivalry. I'm interested in how the next episode will compare, since it looks like they are both going to have a big battle.

I legit thought the blue haired girl in the OP was Ayato's sister from Cavalry. Was kinda surprised that she didn't show up in the episode and it was mainly Stella and Ikki, and only realized she was from the other show when it ended.

It's been a while since I've seen such a straightforward perv character. We get characters who tease a lot all the time, but the blonde girl just outright asked Ikki for sex.

Engaging as always but some of those plot points rub me the wrong way.

Domestic violence that makes your house look like a ruined, uninhabited mansion. Super roundabout way to inform way the police about said violence. I dunno, they just don't strike me as being very believable or logical respectively. Yes, yes they were kids.

I really like the ED and even the OP is growing on me. Top notch songs in both.
