Anyways, not bothering reading/watching these previews. This game is day 1 on Gamepass, so i'll try it out for a few hours and hope I enjoy it a lot.
Would love a focused, strong rpg like this. Seems like a perfect winter game.

Avowed will do better than Indiana Jones. That I can guarantee. Gamers really enjoy RPGs with choice and consequences. If a game like The Outer Worlds, which had mediocre combat and story, sold 5mil than Avowed will be fine

Avowed is on my list of games I might forget to try after being tied up with FF7 Rebirth on PC. Spiderman 2 is another one.

Edit: I'm almost done and the first thing I plan to jump on is Kingdom Come deliverance II, so I might see Avowed in May.

The first video looks better than some of the previews, and this one actually had some blood.
It has spears so that is one up from elder scrolls (how the hell does that series have spears and other weapon types in pre console era, but from oblivion on none is crazy. There is more than sword, axe, hammer and mace.

Now I am skeptical about any woke cringe dialog, but we will see.
I got too much to play and too much in the backlog to even think about this.
Already got 4 games on my insta-buy list: KCD2, CIV7, Suikoden col, TR trilogy pt2.... oh and throw in maybe Xenoblade Chronicles X.
Still chipping away at stalker 2 (game is my goty, have over 100 hours in and no where near completion).

So I will check this out months down the line, when on sale.
