I do em from frozen and just wrap them loosely in tin foil, throw them in the oven for about 25 minutes.
The bit of ice on them helps to steam them a little and they always come out juicy enough.
edit - then if I'm having them plain like that I sprinkle a bit of seasoning stuff on them (msg mainly)
