Nah, there was a whole thing, with things leaning towards them actually allowing Ibuki. From the above, it seems that both characters will indeed be tournament legal.
Even if it's a short notice, good.
The characters that dominate the play of SFV are boring as boot to watch right now.

I also don't like that they're changing their own rules within their own Tournament limit of 5 weeks. It's a terrible precedent to set.

nah it looks so cheap its obviously a late change. just zip up the jacket if your gonna do that or at least put some geometry there its just texture painted on the skin model.
They still have time for when the character actually comes out to make final changes though.

That Juri tease has me really interested, loved playing her in SFIV so I'd have to give her a try whenever she comes out, which is probably late this summer or early fall.
Probably not up to EVO, it's up to the capcom pro tour. I mean I suppose they could have protested but Capcom wants this game to start looking better to people , having a couple new matchups and stages will go a long way at EVO.
Nope. It is 100% up to EVO. They are changing their own 5-week grace period rule for this one game. Terrible.

They made it shiny though, lol. It looks so good. Her boobs also don't look as big as they did in that art, which didn't really fit the character. She looks a lot better in-game, imo.
Sexy and classy, love it.
She'll be playable on story mode, if you play on PC, it's almost guaranteed people will find a way to mod her into training mode. Won't be finalized with balance changes, but at least you'll be able to have a good idea of how the character plays in this game.

I know people are expecting Capcom to drop the ball release-wise (rightfully so) but I'm optimistic that at EVO we'll get a date for the next character drop. Would be neat if they decide to make it Juri and Urien (would make sense too if they're teasing both with gameplay) but that's probably a little too optimistic lol.

My problem is them changing their own Tournament rules past when their grace period had already passed. If they had said 'yeah, we're changing our rules going forward' fine, no problem. But this is a bad move.
