If they keep the action up I'll continue watchin'.
Amazing scene. Probably blew 80% of their budget on that though. Wonder how entertaining they can make the small town drama over more than one season.

I definitely enjoyed it. Only two gripes. The fight scene in the bar. Why did the sheriff try to block a shot with his hand instead of shooting him? And why did the other bad guy not shoot him the second he shot his friend? The other gripe is the romantic interest. She's really ugly. I hope he goes for the cop instead. I know I'm being shallow, but it really bothers me for some reason.

She's ugly? Really ugly? Oh, for fuck's sake.
And the guys who were looking for him, when they got to the tech guy, they let him go in the back all by himself instead of accompanying him.
Me too.The guy who plays the main character reminds me Scott Speedman (the guy from Last Resort).
Also, OT here.. Has anyone seen The Transporter show? The trailers made it look extremely awful but i watched a few episodes yesterday and i have to say it was pretty fucking entertaining. It was anything groundbreaking or amazing but i had a blast watching them.
I think it's mostly the thick jawline along with the lack of a shave and the buzz cut.Me 3 now that he mentions it. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing though.
He actually reminds me a lot of Scott on Strike Back.
He reminded me of Garret Dillahunt as Burt Chance.

OT: Hey NotTheGuyYouKill, is the girl in your avatar Willa Holland? I remember her from Gossip Girl. If so, nice!
As the opening credits of the new Cinemax series "Banshee" begin, the dial of an old steel safe spins, tumblers locking to reveal a combination that viewers can use to crack open "the vault" on the show's website.
This is where each week the creators of "Banshee" will spill the dark secrets hidden in haunting photographs that appear on the distressed surface of a wooden bar in the show's title sequence.
"Fast forward at your own peril," the show's executive producer and showrunner, Greg Yaitanes, said of TV viewers who might be tempted to skip the opening credits.
Apparently there's some sort of secret code embedded in the Banshee opening credits, for anyone that's interested in digging around and figuring it out:

Uh really?
"Job is a cross-dressing hair stylist and genius computer hacker who plays a key part in Lucas' criminal endeavors."

They have prequels filmed with the actors on the site as well.
Oh, the title sequence will be different every week. That's cool, I love that idea.
I'll probably keep up via >__>
Damn that's cool. There are going to be 13 prequel videos on the official website, with over 30 minutes of new footage that will flesh out the backstory for some of the key characters. The first one is already up!
I criticized the opening credits earlier for being too tame/boring, but this is a really innovative idea.
The series debut of Cinemaxs Banshee on Friday night drew 483,000 total viewers, the channels best numbers for an original series telecast since the Strike Back series launch in August 2011. For the night, Banshee amassed 1 million across three airings.
I think all of them might be up, the prequel videos. I watched three last night on the site that was linked from Yataine's twitter.
Great numbers. They'll be happy with those.I smell a second season!
If they keep the action up I'll continue watchin'.
Give me a break. People buy into this type of "action"?
Did they definitively establish that she's his daughter, or were we all just assuming that's the case based on the premiere. I certainly made that jump.I'm going to write the season finale right now, New York bad guys kidnap his daughter and he has to pull off some elaborate heist with his ex to retrieve whatever they are looking for.
How are these not gigantic spoilers?

The teenage daughter that was making out with that guy in the car. He seemed a little too interested in her ID, age, etc... when he stole her wallet. I was working under the assumption that she was conceived before he went to prison, but maybe I'm reading way too much into this.Wait, who are we talking about? I don't recall any young girls/daughters in the premiere episode...

I'm not the one who officially released all these videos as prequels to the series for mass consumption.
I wasn't blaming you. I just feel that blurting out thatlike that is weird. Seems like something that should happen much later on. Unless it's a red herring.Ana/Carrie is Rabbit's daughter
