Yeah, its probably something like Batman saying "this night isnt over" to do if you left criminals and riddler traps all over the city. If you've done everything you get a quick scene of Gotham returning to normalcy and Batman gets some well earned zzz.
I'm hoping, unlock in UK/EU is at 7pm my time. I wouldn't mind a 5 hour early unlock.

Monday night launches are kinda exciting. You get it a little before Midnight and you get to play before it gets too late. I remember doing it a few times and thinking back to all those times I waited in line at a store for a game. I didn't have to mess with the crowds, the store employees, or the weather. I got the game just like how I viewed the trailer. Even if it's like an hour or so early. I use to leave for GameStop at like 11 PM. I'd normally wait in the car and go into the store like an hour early. I'd talk about games if anyone was interested, but this is like feeling at home when I get that new release.

How does one go about getting this done.
The lines always move stupid fast at the midnight launches here i just show up at 11:00-11:30 and get my ticket stamped then go to ihop or something and have a bite to eat and if i get back before 12:00 i just sit in my car and listen to some music till like 12:15ish and then walk in and get my shit and walk out with no miss muss fiss fuss.

I haven't used a VPN for an early unlock since.. Skyrim, I think? It was a simple matter of installing a VPN that is free / has a free trial and using it to unlock then setting steam in offline mode until official release.
Is there going to be an OT today?
It's being worked on right now, AFAIK.
I'm not sure now that they changed the time it will unlock. If it's still PT, then yes but mine says it will unlock at midnight EST.
To clarify I'm not 100% sure if VPN will work but the unlock time isn't pacific time anymore.
Download/install FlyVPN -> connect to one of the free master servers -> connect to a server in Europe (game unlocks in roughly 5.5 hours versus ~10.5 everywhere else) -> restart Steam -> unlock game -> switch to Offline Mode.
Nobody has the Xbox version review wise.
If there's an additional download after unlock would simply turning off VPN without restarting steam work, then restarting in offline mode once done?

next year i`m switching over to Nvidia ... build a new pc this year for the first time in 8 years... got a MSI R9 280 OC . Great card for that price. Didnt think about the AMD Driver policy though....

It's confirmed. Steam changed the unlock time to midnight.
I loved my Radeon 5870 CFX set up. I really did, it lasted me 5+ years.
That said, there was a reason I grabbed a GTX 970 as soon as my Radeon's died.

Quick question, though, is the Pre-order DLC included with the Pre-order sub? I got two codes from GMG, redeemed the game code, but now the second code says I already own the product?

Really Rocksteady? You had all this fucking time and now 6 fucking hours before the game releases you inform us about issues with AMD graphics card? Of course this has nothing to do with this game being a nvidia sponsored title. Pathetic.
I don't think this is an AMD issue. The drivers didn't change. Rocksteady knew their dev target for months. They just did not care about AMD optimisation because they got paid by nvidia.

No, it's a separate key. I'd keep trying and maybe contact them if you can't get the Harley Quinn stuff installed. It was two keys for me.

Of course. It's no surprise but it is dissapointing for AMD users. AMD really need to tighten up the ship. Send a dedicated resource to a studio. It's the games that sell the hardware, not the hardware itself and they always, unless it's an AMD sponsored game(and sometimes not even then) have shit performance day 1 in comparison to its competition.
Glad I have a 980Ti coming. I don't buy AMD as I go where the numbers lead me, but damn if I don't want them to compete.

Yep, definitely. There was someone on r/Batman going around spoiling things the other day. I don't know why I thought I'd be safe there. Maybe it's because I have so many subreddits filtered I forgot how much of a shithole the site can be.

We need a comprehensive list of places of where not to go, and tactics to avoid spoilers, similar to the list of product combinations that active Joker toxin in Batman '89.
Some more obvious stuff
- Don't read Youtube comments (ever, but particularly) on any video game related videos
- Disable/cover up chats on ANY live stream for anything
- Don't go to you main page on Facebook
- No GameFAQS, no Reddit, no forums outside of GAF and the official forum's main, non-spoiler board (mods there must OK every thread, link and image there, but individual posts could still spoil stuff)
Less obvious stuff
- Don't use search results on NeoGAF "by posts" as those results aren't compatible with spoiler tags
- Don't read STEAM announcements that have pop-up notifications
- Don't look up Youtube videos as they may be labeled falsely and could contain endings (saw someone try this with RDR back in the day with a video titled "Dead Eye demonstration" and it was a big spoiler vid)
Like Batman, it's there, you just don't see it yet
This is worrying me. Wish someone had a copy so I can decide which version I'm getting...
