Did you play with bots or humans? I think they don't show us if our opponent is bot or not. Bots will gladly fill those servers, until one of them starts a resistance(usual ai stuff).

I found this.

Havent had bots in the game lately. Perhaps 1 or two random rounds this month with bots but most with human players. Bots are named as AI and dumb as a rock.
