Ben Affleck was a decent Batman, as was Keaton. The only actor who did a piss poor job was George Clooney, but that's more to do with the material he has to work with.

George Clooney suffers from George Clooney syndrome. He is not Batman in the film, he cannot escape his own identity.

Same situation with Tom Hanks as Captain America, Iron Man or Bruce Banner, it wouldn't work. He is Tom Hanks. THanks.
